Worst company hands down. They have even resorted to making door to door sales pitch’s and have disturbed us at home twice even with two signs stating no soliciting and do not disturb. We are not even customers and this has made us not even want to consider them as a provider. Cox is by far the WORST internet provider I have ever had. I am on the fastest home internet plan with their newest modem. Every night from 7pm to 9pm my internet and often times my television is conpletely unusable because the internet connection drops in and out every few minutes. Ive tried being on wifi. Ive tried being on an ethernet cord. Ive tried calling and asking why this is happening. Ive replaced the router. Nothing is working and I think its because its something wrong on their end and its completely obsurd. They charge way too much for this kind of trash service. If I could, I would take my bussiness elsewhere because this is just unacceptable. I rely heavily on a solid internet connection in the evenings and guess what?! Its trash!
