FOR THE BEST ENGINEER: ANDREW MCKENDALL. Where do I even start... Andrew has helped me through ALL of my technical support issues and not only just helped, but has RESOLVED all of my technology issues. Just the other day, I had a simple computer and printer issue and he took the time to stop by my facility, unplanned, and resolved the issue. Andrew made the time even though he was pressed on time to help the other facilities that he had scheduled and committed to assist. I mean that is customer service right there. Now here is the kicker, THAT SAME DAY, AFTER Andrew had left my facility, my WIFI/Internet goes down (Not his fault By the way). My facility is at a stand still and I need help ASAP. So who do I call? You guessed it, ANDREW KENDALL Ladies and Gentlemen. He answers the phone right away and does what he can remotely to help resolve the situation. However, he was limited on what he could do. SO, After a long day of who knows how many tasks he had to accomplish that day, Andrew says, I am on my way back to the facility. We are talking about 9PM folks. He understood my urgency and responded like a class act. He came to the facility and didnt leave until my building was back online. This wasnt your simple Turn off and back on solution. This required him to use his resources and bring in his team to remote in and fix my internet issue. No shade on the internet providers themselves but they didnt know as much as my boy Andrew Kendall did. Also a quick shoutout to Brandon Ward for burning the midnight oil and assisting with the resolution. So does the story end there? NOPE. HE COMES BACK THE NEXT DAY. Unbelievable. Did I request it? Nope. That is just who Andrew Mckendall is. He takes care of his people. He wanted to make sure we were all good and to clean up any loose ends if there were any. I am team Mckendall. The man is also very pleasant to talk to over the phone. He is just a solid, well rounded guy. No he did not ask me to write this review. I just want the people to know about my guy Andrew.
