Keith at FIT Solutions is amazing!! Not only is he extremely knowledgeable and helpful, he is very friendly and easy to talk to. When I call in, Brandon always pleasantly answers the phone. On the rare occasion that Keith is unavailable, he always calls me back promptly. In a world where good service is hard to find, these folks definitely stand out. They come highly recommended!

I needed to log in to an old computer and upload the new domain software, but could not do it on my own. Keith from FIT Solutions patiently played phone tag with me for a few days, but once we scheduled a time to speak, he worked with me on the phone for an hour and then off the phone for even longer. In my profession I generally utilize my company vehicle as an office making the most of mobile hot spots for computer work often in remote areas. I had an appointment with the professionals at FIT set up through my employer which I could not attend due to connectivity issues. The team at FIT provided me a link to reschedule but with my constant movement I was finding it difficult to make time to find an opening in my calendar where I could reliably attend.Fortunately, my assigned Engineer and fellow Veteran Guy Desrouilleres went out of his way to follow up with a phone call penciling me into his work day and helped by resolving the IT issue our own Team found difficult to resolve.His professionalism and patience through the process reflected great credit upon him and his organization as a whole.Based off of my experience I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend FIT Solutions to anyone in need of the multiple services they offer.

I had the opportunity to work with FIT Solutions on a GoDaddy defederation project. Every aspect of the project went smoothly with great communication and engagement from all team members. Denisse the project manager set up an initial call with Rob the engineer to scope the project. During the scoping call it was discovered that Rob would be on PTO the planned date of defederation. Denise didnt miss a beat and was able to coordinate an alternate engineer, Elliot, so we could keep the planned timeline. Both Rob and Elliot were knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with. I definitely would recommend FIT Solutions and look forward to working with them in the future!

I call them for small things like my printer not working or bigger things like troubleshooting, getting softwares downloaded. They respond in a timely manner and continue following up until your issues are resolved.I was busy throughout the week and GIL continued to check in to make sure all my issues were addressed. FIT Solutions is the best IT company I have ever encountered - they exemplify white glove service. I have worked with both Ian and Sam on a number of projects, and they provide exceptional work. They are timely, organized, and above all else - kind people. They care about what they do and seem to enjoy doing it! (Rare!). We just finished the port over of our phone system to another company, they helped automate our employee onboarding process, they helped organize our IT Inventory tracking, and so so much more. Our companys partnership with FIT solutions is paramount to our corporate teams success. My only hesitation in writing a review is that their company will grow so big, so fast, that I lose Ian and Sam - please dont let that happen.

FOR THE BEST ENGINEER: ANDREW MCKENDALL. Where do I even start... Andrew has helped me through ALL of my technical support issues and not only just helped, but has RESOLVED all of my technology issues. Just the other day, I had a simple computer and printer issue and he took the time to stop by my facility, unplanned, and resolved the issue. Andrew made the time even though he was pressed on time to help the other facilities that he had scheduled and committed to assist. I mean that is customer service right there. Now here is the kicker, THAT SAME DAY, AFTER Andrew had left my facility, my WIFI/Internet goes down (Not his fault By the way). My facility is at a stand still and I need help ASAP. So who do I call? You guessed it, ANDREW KENDALL Ladies and Gentlemen. He answers the phone right away and does what he can remotely to help resolve the situation. However, he was limited on what he could do. SO, After a long day of who knows how many tasks he had to accomplish that day, Andrew says, I am on my way back to the facility. We are talking about 9PM folks. He understood my urgency and responded like a class act. He came to the facility and didnt leave until my building was back online. This wasnt your simple Turn off and back on solution. This required him to use his resources and bring in his team to remote in and fix my internet issue. No shade on the internet providers themselves but they didnt know as much as my boy Andrew Kendall did. Also a quick shoutout to Brandon Ward for burning the midnight oil and assisting with the resolution. So does the story end there? NOPE. HE COMES BACK THE NEXT DAY. Unbelievable. Did I request it? Nope. That is just who Andrew Mckendall is. He takes care of his people. He wanted to make sure we were all good and to clean up any loose ends if there were any. I am team Mckendall. Specifically toy, Im speaking of Joshua He helped me figure out how to use label making apps as well as add printers and help me get them running in the way its supposed to. What do I mean? Well, after the printer is set up and the program is running, an error popped up. Because the printer is shared and I do not have the preset info my co worker has, the program refused to run smoothly. Images could not be found, and thus the template could not be used as needed. Our company (Alliance Land Planning & Engineering, Inc.) teamed up with FIT Solutions 3 years ago and I have to say it was the best decision we ever made. FIT Solutions team has been nothing but outstanding in every aspect of our company needs. All of the engineers, account managers, helpdesk support and staffs are professional and they understand our needs very well. We have used other IT companies in the past but none has come close to FITs service and reliability.
