The fan went out on my Dell Latitude, which was confirmed by the diagnostic. Took it to the Geek Squad at Best Buy and asked about the cost to replace the processer fan. Said it would cost $99 for a diagnostic, and $85 to ship it to a service center, then it could take 3-8 weeks and recommended a new computer would be the best option. Since I already told them was needed (just replace the fan) it was obvious they just wanted to ring the cash register. Took it to San Diego Computer Repair and Sam quoted a cost to get and install a new fan that was less than Best Buys so-called diagnostic. He ordered a new fan, had it in the next day and had it installed in an hour. Couldnt be happier with their service, professionalism, and reasonable cost.

Very rude and zero murals. He was very rude to me. He ordered a screen that doesn’t fit my computer and then when I asked to take my computer back, he charged me 50$ despite that he didn’t do anything on my computer. He said that I signed a paper saying I would pay 49$ for service and he faked my signature, what a shame. I gave him 60$, not 50 so he can feel good about himself. The owner thinks he lives in the woods. Beside that all the bad words he was using when he talked to me. What a shame
Skyline IT Services
1620 Fifth Ave #925, San Diego, CA 92101, United States
Overall, I would rate my experience with Skyline IT Services among the best service experiences Ive ever had. I spoke with Christopher about specific needs and concerns I had with my slow internet, low memory computer and inability to send email from my mobile device and he coordinated one of his associates to come to my business to handle the issues. Andy, the computer guy was very friendly and worked very efficiently. He helped clear out unneeded files on my computer so that it could run faster. He was able to free up 2GB of memory. He recommended to get an external hard drive to accommodate more space. Andy also was able to setup my email correspondence in the Mail application on my MacBook Air as well as my iPhone. Ive been trying to figure how to do that forever and he did it in minutes! In regards to optimizing the internet connection at my business, Andy explained the different options very clearly and simply and shared the solution that he thought was best for the situation. Christopher and Andy at Skyline IT Services understood my particular needs, answered all my questions, proactively communicated with me and recognized and appreciated me as a customer. I will definitely support Skyline again for my future IT needs.

Same Day Computer Repair
3052 Clairemont Dr #12, San Diego, CA 92117, United States
Do not to these guys for any computer services. You will get scammed. They do NOT know computers. I was having issues with my PC so I took my PC there a few days ago and they kept my PC overnight and then said they couldnt find anything wrong. I was home for a couple days and my PC problems got worse. With help from a friend I came to find out my video card drivers had never been updated in over a year. I had told them my monitors were shutting off and they didnt even bother to check to see if I had up-to-date video drivers!! Stay away from this company.
Xonicwave IT Services

My company, Fortis Advisors, has been using Xonicwaves services for over one year now. We highly recommend Xonicwave to any company looking for an IT service provider. They are always responsive, they can solve most issues from their office by connecting to our computers remotely, and they are always able to visit our office if the need arises. We work most frequently with Mark Prince and Alex Lesberg, but the entire Xonicwave team is very friendly and professional.

San Diego Computer Help
325 W Washington St #4, San Diego, CA 92103, United States
San Diego Computer Help, and owner/computer guru Kyle Hanson, is the BEST computer maintenance & troubleshooting types in this city that our company & me personally, have hired to help with our computers & servers (and weve gone through a few others).Theyre not only the best at what they do, but are incredibly patient and responsive to your requests for help and in explaining the issues involved and the available options. In addition, they offer regular monthly or other scheduled, maintenance sessions, to checkup all of your office computers on a regular basis, and clean them up, etc., to help keep them running & in good shape for as long as possible.Kyle even rebuilt our server computer from scratch himself, instead of us purchasing what would have been a more expensive pre-built server otherwise, and its been a terrific upgrade since!Dont bother comparing any other types of computer service companies in town, before deciding. Just go with San Diego Computer Help now-youll be happy you did!
