Not all bad, but pretty disappointed. For complex problems, trust a big-name repair shop.I built a custom PC and had issues getting it to start. Brought it in for troubleshooting and was quoted $100 and 24 hours to work on it. Understandably, they told me up front they couldnt guarantee a solution based on the issues I described because they didnt have the resources to test so many unique components.24 hours later they called to tell me they hadnt started, and actually needed $200. They explained their mistake and I thought it was reasonable. After agreeing, they identified a handful of components that worked, and a handful that didnt. I think they really made an effort to test all of the components individually using spare parts they had on hand, which was a kind effort. However, the CPU chip was returned to me with badly bent pins (i.e. broken). I also replaced the parts they told me were malfunctioning, and $500 later I had the same issue.These guys have some experience, they gave me some advice that I think will help me in the future and I believe they went through more effort to solve my problem than they initially said they could. But they damaged an expensive component and gave me the wrong advice that ended up putting me $700 deeper into this PC and no closer to getting it working, I couldnt recommend using this service

I needed a data transfer to my 2 year old MacBook Pro from my old MacBook Pro, which had more storage than was available on my new one. The staff was very friendly and professional and they solved this problem easily and had it done within a few hours! They did a great job and were very helpful. I was also happy with the price. It was a all round great experience. Thanks!

Do not to these guys for any computer services. You will get scammed. They do NOT know computers. I was having issues with my PC so I took my PC there a few days ago and they kept my PC overnight and then said they couldnt find anything wrong. I was home for a couple days and my PC problems got worse. With help from a friend I came to find out my video card drivers had never been updated in over a year. I had told them my monitors were shutting off and they didnt even bother to check to see if I had up-to-date video drivers!! Stay away from this company.

Not good,do your reserch on your parts dose not give much feed back over priced for minimal work. Hard to get hold of, no box with repair new part graphics card with out going on and on not that honest of business just wanted money graphics card replacement and new hard drive 800.00 bucks I the one to blame take your time and find some one else.

Woke up and my computer wouldnt connect to wifi. As we were traveling we had no other way to connect. Called Same Day and they said bring it in and they had it fixed same day for a very reasonable fee. Highly recommend.

Really quick and easy process, I didnt like how I had to climb stairs with PC Components but the staff did help me when returning my pc to my car

Took my PC there because I didnt realise I needed a bios update on my new motherboard before it would work, got it back the next day and it booted up perfectly.Definitely come here if you need a repair, fair prices and a friendly staff.
