I’ve been to this place several times. He’s always taken really good care of me. He is a genuinely kind soul and very good at his job. I walked in right before close and he fixed my phone in about 15 minutes perfectly and even stayed late to finish. He gave me the best deal in town to fix both of my phones. He works for charities and he helps the homeless people in his free time. 10/10 would recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This guy “fixed” our computer and it still doesn’t work. In addition, there is something rattling around inside now. I have called him multiple times and left messages and he will not call me back. I have been by the store and it is like no one works there.

The worst...did not fix the problem charged me $200 while on the phone with someone else use CAUTION....Oh and wants cash only

Laptop not charging, the guys replaced outlet input cable. I took back home and still not charging, next day took it on the store and the guy told me that he made his job yelling…. So he didn’t repair and didn’t want to find the real problem. Wasted time and money

RESPONSE TO OWNERS RESPONSE: Omar, either you are confusing me with someone else or you are being dishonest. Do you really not remember telling a customer that iPhone 5cs have flexible cases and cant be carried in a front pants pocket without the screen cracking? This all took place over several visits to your store in October and November but now, as I close out the year, I simply felt compelled to Yelp a non-judgmental, factual warning to others, not get into a big online fight with you. It was a green iPhone 5c; I was using a spring-clip to add pressure to the original screen so it would work some of the time; I had already opened the phones case to check the wiring but even re-attaching the screen cables didnt fix my screen problem, so I asked your employee, Sergio, to replace the screen; etc. Ill leave it at that and stand by my review, unless you want more info. If you really believed in Karma you would have admitted that the replacement screen might well have been faulty, rather than come up with a ludicrous story about phone-case flexibility and how it MUST have been my fault. People carry iPhones in their pockets all the time without cracking their screens. I can refresh your memory further with more details if you really want. You and Sergio seem like nice guys but I stand by my review and wish you both a happy new year.Original Review:iPhone screen was replaced because it was dead although it had never been cracked. Replacement screen lasted 2 weeks before coming out of my pocket with a weird crack across the top with lots of tiny cracks and bits of missing glass. I have NEVER cracked a screen and this was OBVIOUSLY not a normal crack. The guy who changed the screen acknowledged the abnormality of such a crack but neither he nor the owner would admit it was an inferior or imperfect replacement screen, and so Im out $95 and the screen doesnt work at all. This has made my phone completely inoperable.

Omar was welcoming and made me feel comfortable. I initially went in went to see if my watch’s battery can be glued back together; he did such a fantastic job I returned the very next week with my laptop that stopped working in 2019. Long story short, I had to return couple of times before I could verify all the issues with my laptop were actually fixed. Other than the multiple trips I had to make, the services were reasonably priced. I’ll definitely return.

I rarely write reviews, but Emen was so helpful fixing my old macbook pro. I was in a rush to fix it before leaving on a trip. He accommodated my time constraints graciously, upgrading my hard drive and making my computer work like new again! Very reasonable prices (he also put a new battery in my old iphone). He’s personable and honest. He was willing to teach me a few things that would make my life easier, always smiling and kind, and followed thru with everything he said he would do. I would go back to him in a heartbeat!! Thanks Emen!

They were quick and upfront about everything. I needed a new motherboard and a new battery for my laptop and they hooked a sista’s laptop up! I’m so happy to get back to my writing after 6 months of it being out of service! God bless this business. 🙏🏾

Awesome service! Fixed two of my phones for a great deal and super fast! Thank you so much. Took my repair last minute and even brought it out to my car to respect social distancing. Highly recommend!
