Skyline has been managing our IT for the last few years and we couldnt be happier. Our main tech Andy is very responsive and is extremely knowledgeable. I always feel comfortable that our network, server and all of our workstations are up to date and are running error-free. They recently setup a few remote workstations which was effortless on our end and everything is working seamlessly. Great company to work with!

I’ve had the team at Skyline supporting my company’s systems for many year now. Anytime someone needs IT Support at our office the Skyline IT Services team there gets right on it. We had issues with our previous IT company who failed to properly backup our data and we lost months of data. Ever since we switched to Skyline years ago everything has always been very smooth. Very happy with their service.

Our experience with Skyline IT Service has been exceptional! We are very pleased with the attention to detail they took to make our computer stations look clean and seamless. They were always very courteous of our space and time when installing our equipment. Our office runs on one program and every computer in the office needs to talk to each other. Getting this set up is not an easy task but the Skyline team did a great job making sure it is all working and any bugs are fixed in a timely manner. We are very pleased with the service we received and look forward to working with them in the future as our business grows!

We have been using Skyline IT Services for several years to provide desktop support to our ~100 employees, assist with projects that require additional people power, and to provide expertise on projects when our small IT staff requires. We have been consistently impressed with the staff at Skyline from their Accounting/Admin through to all the engineers and the owner, Christopher. Skyline is prompt with service requests, follows through on commitments, provides after hours support when needed and delivers the service you would expect from a small business while providing enterprise quality support. For our organization, it makes more sense to use Skyline, rather than hire on another full time employee, and we are continuously rewarded for this decision. I highly recommend using Skyline for your IT needs for small, medium or large organizations.

Christopher Shaw and I go back several years as business owners and friends. I own a multimedia/video production company and have a lot of systems to backup. I also do understand the importance of providing great service and professionalism to a client and Skyline IT Services certainly does that. Recently, I called upon Chris and his technicians regarding a couple of situations where my computer drive was critically reaching capacity and though attempts were were made to off load or transfer files to another drive, the main drive would still read at maximum capacity. I also had a need to install/switch a solid state drive out in place of a full SATA drive a high capacity editing system and was concerned about transferring or copying all the systems programs in an efficient manner. After contacting Christopher, Andy Fernandez responded with a call and arranged an appointment to come out to our office. Once he arrived, he politely put me at ease of my concerns and went straight to work. Andy was very efficient, handling the tasks for both computer systems at the same time. He also took the time to answer my questions and explained what he was doing as he displayed his technical abilities with ease. I certainly would recommend Skyline IT Services to anyone who is looking for a professional and responsive company to perform their IT needs. Thank you Christoper and Andy!

Skyline has been phenomenal! Very attentive, responsive, and outstanding! We can’t say enough good things about this group... we have worked with them now for at least 6 years and I’m still very much impressed with their diligence, advanced knowledge, and always ahead of the curve. As a small business we had spent several years with sub par IT service, when we finally switched to Skyline it was a breath of fresh air. Skyline IT always has our backs and works well with us. Theyre honest, responsive, professional, and will take care of you. This company doesnt keep passing you around to people who havent helped you with issues before.In the past we felt that weve been passed along too many times and have had to wait for too long not knowing when they would come help or even respond. With Skyline IT they listened to our concerns and addressed them appropriately. They always respond quickly and always let us know whats going on so that our business can plan accordingly if special steps were needed.They respond quickly and have always come to save the day. I know that the office computers, servers, and anything else can be taken care of when I call them.

I’m supported by a franchisor who offers IT help-desk services and I consider myself computer & network savvy, going back 20+ years I’ve also been my extended family’s ‘IT Guy’.
