Very nice customer service! I love there free diagnosis, I got a diagnosis for my laptop and they were very helpful about repair options and prices! My final price to repair my laptop was a little much so I declined, but they made sure they were helpful and showed me a few used computer I might be interested in! I found that very generous of them! 100% will recommend to a friend 😊

I brought in an HP desktop that couldnt find a bootable image. Sergio offered to analyze the situation. He reported that the solid state disk was not reachable and my data could not be recovered. Since that was my reason for bringing the machine in, I told him I no longer wanted the machine at all and offered to pay him a reasonable fee for his analysis. He told me the company policy was basically a free analysis so I didnt owe anything. My message to other clients is that you can trust this company to be fair with you. Thanks, Sergio, such a service oriented attitude is truly rare these days...

After a very negative experience at Computer Geek 911, I came to San Diego computer help to help repair 2 older desktops I had that needed to be stripped down and combined into one machine. Andres was incredibly helpful and communicative and by discussing what I wanted up front we were able to put together a plan of action for a fair price. After he promised it would be done within 4 days he called me back less than 24 hours later telling me the job was done! I picked up the new machine which is running great!Computer repair is a customer service business and they showed their true colors by providing an excellent and friendly experience.

Sergio was so helpful. He diagnosed the issue with my old computer and since the hard drive was too corrupted, built me a new one. It was a great price and has all of the best components. I needed data transfered from a half broken MSi laptop to a brand new HP laptop. Took my ASUS laptop in for an evaluation of a DC input jack issue. The repair required would have been much more involved than their standard services and I ultimately declined repair as a new laptop would have been marginally more expensive than the cost to repair. They put the laptop back together for me to pick up, and the quote for repair was provided at no cost to me.The shop is small and clean. Their interactions by phone were professional and concise. The associate I interacted the most in person with, Brandon, was helpful, courteous, and friendly. As noted above I did not pay for any services from them during this interaction but would certainly return for a different computer issue.

I tried replacing my laptop battery (something Ive done several times over the years), but this time the computer would not boot and the fans would not spin up. I took it to San Diego Computer Help. The folks there were very friendly and knowledgeable, and managed to fix the problem at what seemed to me to be an amazingly good price. They kept me informed of the status throughout the process. Apparent laptop viewing outage was due to an alternate screen monitor failure, not a virus that their tech made the assessment of my laptop having. Given that they removed the supposed virus, but also having been a an ongoing subscriber of their recommended antivirus, I was dissatisfied that my laptop had any virus. Service time was adequate, but their accurate assessment of why I initially brought the laptop in couldve been more accurate initially - that I wish & would have cost me less for repair.

Ive tried several other computer shops in town over the years, and I can honestly say these guys are the most professional, hard working, dedicated computer experts I have worked with. I had a serious problem with my Windows PC, nothing would boot up, none of my hard drives were showing up and I had a huge project to complete in 1 week. Naturally, we were at a lost for words and in shock when reality hit that all the years of data and photos could be lost. It was a fast, easy and affordable experience. My 8 year old desktop expired and I needed the data extracted. They updated our systems and even gave us a free tech visit when we had a slight issue regarding scanning with our printer because it had the old parameters on the printer itself ( not within our computer set up). I never leave reviews, but this place was so above and beyond on every level, that I feel the need to share my experience.I initially made contact with Graham, a very friendly dude. Alex then helped me with installing my operating system back onto a new hard drive, after the initial diagnostic showed that my old one was pretty much done for. There were additional hiccups along the way, and Alex handled them all beautifully. Im originally from Russia, so I was also able to get a full detailed breakdown from him as to my options and expectations in my native tongue.While I had taken computers apart before, replacing screens and what not, I hadnt been able to fix my Alienware for nearly 4 months. I went to San Diego Computer Help because of their stellar reviews, and Im so happy I did. The communication, the professionalism, the knowledge and expertise were all top notch. Id give them 6 stars if I could. They really saved my butt along with hundreds of dollars, as I dont have to buy a new computer now due to their amazing help!

Found San Diego Computer help on Google after my laptop wouldnt turn on. I needed to get some documents off my hard drive ASAP for work and school. I called them and they were very friendly, quick and knowledgeable. Adam K. showed up at my house within 30 minutes with all the right equipment to be able to remove my hard drive. Then we found San Diego Computer Help, and their name says it all. These guys are amazing...imminently polite, patient, friendly, and knowledgeble, they all have a great sense of humor and are so willing, so eager to help you. Youre immediately reassured with their confidence and fast initial assessment...I have never had a service of any type from anyone who seemed as trustworthy. I took my computer to San Diego Computer Help recently and was impressed by their knowledge and honesty.They offer a free diagnosis to check for computer problems, then give you an estimate for parts and labor. Although the price they quoted me was fair, I chose to not sink money in my old computer.The technician could have easily convinced me to spend the money on the repair. Instead, he was honest and agreed it made more sense to buy a new computer.I didnt end up spending a dime at San Diego Computer Help but I wont hesitate to use them the next time I need help with my computers.I was also impressed with their quick turn around. I came here with after my cat spilled coffee on my computer. I had insurance on my computer but my insurance wanted a diagnostic done on all the components even though my computer wasn’t turning on. I am a long-time computer geek with a good knowledge of how to resolve most computer issues. One of my tower systems would not boot and nothing I tried could get around (or even clearly identify) the problem. I was stumped.On a Friday afternoon, I brought the machine to San Diego Computer Help. On Saturday, I got a call with a diagnosis and we discussed a solution. Brought my MacBook into the shop as it had liquid damage and was hoping to get the data off of it. They were able to get all data transferred onto an external hard drive for only $150. In addition, they offer regular monthly or other scheduled, maintenance sessions, to checkup all of your office computers on a regular basis, and clean them up, etc., to help keep them running & in good shape for as long as possible.Kyle even rebuilt our server computer from scratch himself, instead of us purchasing what would have been a more expensive pre-built server otherwise, and its been a terrific upgrade since!Dont bother comparing any other types of computer service companies in town, before deciding. I had my hard drive crash and of course Id been negligent about keeping the backups current. They sold me a new mini, and I put the old one the the shed. This year I realize that I needed some files that were not backed up to the cloud. I took it to San Diego Computer Help. A couple of weeks ago I came in because of a cracked lap top screen. A lot of other repair shops were giving me prices that ranged from 200-800 dollars because they told me that they had to replaced everything, when in fact it was only the screen that was cracked and I could see everything fine. I’ve been trying to fix my buggy laptop monitor for months, then was finally resigned to just hooking it up to another monitor, so essentially my laptop was no longer portable.
