2023-06-04 03:26:03What a great guy. Honest and trustworthy is right. I was so eager to pay anything for my computer to be fixed, and he could have taken me to the cleaners. He didnt. Told me it would be best to get another computer. He was also great to communicate with. Thank you! 100 percent recommend 24/7 Solutions.

2022-11-10 20:06:21If I could give Mr. Crumpton 7 stars, I would. I was visiting my Granddaughter when my laptop would not charge. My Granddaughter called and set up an appointment for me to drop my laptop off the next day. I was leaving San Diego in two days. Not only did he repair my laptop but delivered it so I wouldnt be late for my flight. Kudos to this man. BTW, my laptop is charging like its new.

2022-09-10 18:08:38Robert upgraded the storage on my MacBook Air. Installed a new SSD drive. It was a great experience overall and highly recommend. He was responsive, professional, reliable and affordable. When unforeseen issues arose, he clearly communicated the issue and solution. He is my go to guy now!

2019-01-16 07:15:22Cracked screen on my touchscreen laptop... a quick call and a few texts and I got back my laptop in 24 hours after the new parts arrived. Hell definitely work with you when it comes to pick-up and drop-off times. Prices are fair, definitely better than buying a whole new computer!

2018-03-09 02:45:06Had problems with my desktop I called Robert he was able to get to root of my pc problem it was my motherboard. Just like a pro Robert was able to order new one. He was honest and fair with the cost of the parts and labor. He was awesome!
