Last Friday, I had the pleasure of informing 25 college students of their acceptance to a competitive career readiness program, which created a wonderful way to kick off the students weekend! However, before that celebration occurred - I received 25 mail undeliverable messages right after pressing the send button to share the great news with the cohort!! After several attempts to resolve the issue on my own, I contacted my manager about this who swiftly reached out to Infracore! Within the hour on a Friday afternoon at the end of the workday when everyone is ready to pack up and leave...I test out my email and WOW is the first emotion that envelopes me as my congratulations message gets sent out and reaches the inboxes of 25 students whose career paths are about to change! The quick service, timely response and calming presence that Infracore gifted me that Friday afternoon is beyond the WOW statement! I felt my need was carefully appreciated by the team; I felt comfortable to share my concern as they thoughtfully brainstormed the issue; and most importantly, I felt highly valued as a customer as they listened without judgment, responded with care and reassured me through their professional and positive attitude! I knew I was in good hands which allowed me to wait without worry! That was an amazing feeling to have. So, thank you Infracore for your excellent service, amazing response time and for being a part of the process to help 25 college students celebrate their achievement to have a WOW weekend of their own!
