Secure Networks has been our IT team for over 2 years and has been vital to our success. We came to them unhappy with our IT set up, they were able to quickly provide solutions based on our specific needs. They ended up moving us from a cloud-based file storage system to our own in-house server which has greatly improved our productivity and resolved all our previous issues, and they did it without causing any downtime for our team (including our remote workers). They always respond promptly to support needs, whether they are emergencies such as internet outages, or smaller problems with printers, Pdfs, etc. and are always able to quickly diagnose problems and provide solutions to keep us running smoothly. For these reasons and more I would highly recommend Secure Networks

I’ve worked with Secure Networks since 2014. They’ve taken our parish from a tiny desktop file server to a fully realized network with our own server, managed email, security system, wifi network and VPN solutions for remote users. While their technical skills are always amazing, what I truly appreciate is their responsiveness to every question, no matter how small, and every emergency, no matter how large. This is a company that goes above and beyond to care for their clients. They truly do care, and that’s a rare commodity in this day and age. Although I am director of a small network, they ensure I never feel “small”. Their team of engineers are right beside me for every new challenge. Live streaming? Done. Expand wifi in 1918 building and make it reliable? Accomplished. Create safe subnets and security protocols? Yes! Help desk available for users with questions? Absolutely. Save us when a user clicks on a very bad email? Done. You can’t go wrong with Val and his team.

Secure Networks ITC truly helped us in expending and perfecting our business. Along with cutting down costs as oppose to an in-house IT support, they made sure our entire IT infrastructure was working perfectly. By doing so they shifted our focus from small day-to-day IT problems that was slowing us down, and onto managing our business. Our partnership has been invaluable to the growth of my company.

Things started great with these guys. We have specific networking requirements for our fitness center and they said they could get us all set up. A tech came out and did a free assessment and confirmed it was a job they could, and would, do for us right away. After another email to confirm the job, they suddenly said they “are not a good fit for us,” and currently have 3-4 weeks lead time.We wasted a week of time and man power to be lied to and let down by this company. Very unprofessional and shady.

Great Experience. Had an IT issue that we couldnt solve. It completely shut us down. Contacted Peter at Secure networks ITC near the end of the day Wednesday and he had someone out to our office first thing Thursday morning. Problem solved in approximately two hours. After we were up and running, Peter sent an email explaining the IT issue that we encountered and provided suggestions on how to avoid such a problem in the future. Very impressed.

I have a recurring problem with our internet. Usually, we can solve this internally after a reboot. This morning we were not as lucky. One phone call with this company they were able to make some suggestions over the phone and make an appointment for an on-site visit the same morning! Thanks for getting our business internet back up running! Your quick, prompt, fair service has been refreshing in todays please hold environment.
