I work with Xonicwave on a daily basis and I have never been left unsatisfied. Our account technician, Micheal, is one of the friendliest, most helpful people I have had the pleasure of working with. He is always available at a moments notice and always find a solution to our issue. They are extremely knowledgeable, always upfront/straight forward and speak about high level technical things in a language we can understand. I have worked with Xonicwave at other companies and now that I have started my own company, there is simply no other option for IT services. The team at Xonicwave is professional, available and just plain great. Our problems are solved with efficiency and great customer service. Michael Leeper at Xonicwave was very helpful resolving my issue. I did not respond right away because I got busy but he sent me email reminders that they were available to assist me when I was ready. When I called his patience with my limited technology knowledge was greatly appreciated as he walked me through the process to identify my issue and connect our computers so he could fix my problem. It was a pleasurable experience and I would recommend Xonicwave to anyone who needs support for their business technology.

Our small law firm is currently undergoing a revamp of all of our old computer systems. Xonicwave has been a lifesaver throughout the entire process thus far. Recently, we had some power outage/surge issues, which caused our old server to completely crash (it wouldnt even power on) and some of our internet ports to blow. Xonicwave was able to recover all the files stored on the crashed drive and restore internet connection to all of our workstations, with minimal downtime. They make themselves available any time of day and are always pleasant and efficient in solving our issues, no matter how big or small. System transitions are a scary thought, but working with Xonicwave has put our minds at ease with this transition. We look forward to a long-standing relationship with this IT company!
