Wave Band delivered as promised, high speed internet and complete office phone system including auto attendant and voice mails. Joe, Mike, and the whole team at Wave Band made the transition easy without any technical problems. They made sure to get everything converted over and set up properly by working with us and understanding our needs. They also made sure to give us training on the new phones so we were comfortable with the whole new phone system. Wave Band worked with several of our outside contractors to get the job completed correctly the first time. They were very easy to work with and I would recommend Wave Band to any business. We really appreciated working with them. Thanks for making our upgrade easy Wave Band.

I had my doubts on wireless internet for a small location, but Wave.band was easy enough to try out. They delivered on everything they said they would. Not only did they deliver, but the technical staff that worked on site was much better than I have experienced with other providers. They were able to help us get our equipment up and running (we are remote to the location) quickly and clearly understood everything that was going on. They have never made me doubt my decision to try them.

We started using Wave.Band at all of our locations. Joe and his team are great. They helped us clean up our wiring mess and put Back up internet options in place for emergencies. Also there IT support has been very helpful. I highly recommend if your a SD based small business looking for a solid ISP.

I recently switched to Waveband for my internet and phone service and what a difference! Speed was amazing. Mike in sales was terrific and installation with Brandon was seamless. I would highly recommend this company.

Wave Band Internet service is incredible and exactly as promised. They installed our service in Miramar within 1 day of ordering and speeds were exactly as promised. I highly recommend them as a service provider, their price was 20% of what other major providers quoted for the same speeds!

Wave Brand was very easy to work with from start to finish. The entire team went above and beyond in their communication, installation, setup process and then follow up. I am an extremely busy sole owner/operator at my company so its always tough to go through what could be a very difficult transition. The switch over from Spectrum to Wave Brand was seamless and painless. Thank you very much to their entire staff for that. Internet upload/download is much faster, especially on the upload speed. Consistency is amazing too, we always seemed to have big up/down times with Spectrum during peak business hours. Their VOIP system is amazing too... I am a first time user to VOIP and its a very simple, intuitive system to customize to suite your needs. I highly recommend Wave Brand for anyone looking for new phone/internet service, and most definitely for any of those people who struggle with the big box brands.

Waveband was great. We had been having issues for years with our ATT service. Our IT guy had heard of Waveband and suggested that we check it out at a neighboring business in Kearny Mesa. They said they loved it. We called Joe at Waveband and he had someone out at our location within a week and it was installed in 2 days. Our speed went from 1.5 with ATT and now we are coming in around 37. This will pay for itself with the amount of time my employees will spend actually working compared to waiting for the internet to load.

Our office has had only excellent experiences with WaveBand! They are always attentive and quick to respond to our communication needs. Customer service and on-site installers are always knowledgeable and friendly. :)
