I came into this store frustrated cause I was having issues with my sons phone. As soon as I walked in two employees Rose and Karina welcomed me in and helped me right away. They helped me resolve the issue and I ended up upgrading my phone. They were both so helpful and such great employees! Definitely coming back to this store!

Joanna was GREAT!!! I told her I was from out of town and what I needed, not only did she help me she got me a great deal on a Chromebook and also added my ported over phone to 360 insurance and all was at a very reasonable price... Oh and not to mention she referred me to a local restaurant with some great food since its my first time being in San Diego. When I come back to San Diego if I ever need anything from T-Mobile I will definitely be coming back to this location and speaking with Joanna.

I was dealing with a very complex issue with my business account and this store took my side and helped me in every way possible. Elaine your manager is incredible and she deserves something from the company for saving me as a business customer with T-Mobile. Sprint customers steer clear. Store was a waste of my time. Nobody ever knows how to handle Sprint accounts and then when I went in they told me I had to upgrade my account to get the promotion I saw online. I told them no thanks, left, and ordered it online for the promised price. Im not sure why Sprint customers always get the run around but this is my experience. They were busy and unable to help me. At the very least if you are unable to figure something out, get a manager involved.Oh, and it was not an online only promotion. So the store just wasnt knowledgeable enough to help me as a Sprint customer.

I had to visit the store to pay my final bill today. Was helped by Karina who not only did what I needed, but went above and beyond with customer service. It was such a small task however I will return to this location specifically because of how I was treated should I ever decide to become a customer once again.Thank you, T-Mobile team! (It seemed as though they were possibly short staffed, but this is why I appreciate the great attitude)

Do not trust T-Mobile! many of their stores are franchise stores, and in my case, the one on Clairemont made me a deal that T-Mobile would not honor .when I complained they said they are not required to honor the deals made by franchise stores, even though that store was a T-Mobile business I feel that T-Mobile ripped me off. Please think twice before getting entangled with this company.

Im only giving the store one star because I dont have an option for zero. The stuff is rude and uneducated when it comes to information and knowledge. Joanna at the store needs to be retrained on how things work around there knowledge of their products and customer service.

Hanna did a great job setting up my new phone when an issue occurred on my old device that could have prevented her from setting it up. She remained calm and Im pretty sure she stayed over shift to resolve it. They get a lot of walks of life coming and going - their communication was clear and informative, made the transaction as smooth as possible.

Bad experience, dont know what they are doing or anything about their products. Lady had to Google the battery life on 4 different phones and couldnt explain the differences besides, its cheaper. Go somewhere else.

I was treated horribly today at this store. I asked for service and was snapped at. The store was completely empty. The rude girl is very lucky I’m a peace loving person, if this happens again if/when I return to this store, I’m not sure I’ll be so polite. I could have been from corporate, or could have been a reporter doing a story on the store.

We arrived early for our appointment. We were promptly ushered in to the store and assisted by Javier. In what turned to be a lengthy visit he took complete care of us. Javier enabled transfer of our service to T-mobile. We bought two new phones and were on our way with future savings in place. All the time Javier was very efficient and professional with a focus on our satisfaction. It was all time well spent . Thank you.

Took them over 2 hrs to add one phone line and get 1 new phone. They messed up the order 3 x, had to come back the next day. I dont suggest going there. Find a different location or company where they know what they are doing!

The people there were incredibly nice and understanding. Many different types of people walk in and they know how to conduct themselves accordingly to make business as smooth as possible. 4 stars because of how long it takes. Their relatively new system they conduct on has trouble keeping up with what the associate and customer wants. With a trip that was 2 hours long that shouldve been no more than 40, it was engaging because of the associates performance and people pleasing practices.

My visit was OK, all associated were busy with customers when I arrived. One said to me, someone will be with me in a few min.) My transaction was to pay my bill of $191.00. I felt awkward as the associate just asked for my money then walked away. I would think a cash stand area would feel more professional.

I was greeted with a bearded man running up to me and legit scaring me asking for my name and reason in here. Already quite a bad start. I walked around looking at the phones and I then waited for an employee to open up. When he did he approached. He was friendly but oh my lord he didn’t know anything. He listed off the three things I also saw the second I opened their website. When I told them that Verizon was only $10 more and had better coverage he agreed with me! Don’t they make commission ? He seemed to say everything so that I would go away. At the end I said alright so with that info I’m going to shop at your competitors and he just said okay. Like dude do a better job.

This store does not have enough staff to help customers. Plan to wait about hour for staff to ask what you need, and then even longer to get help. No appointments are available.Horrible customer service. Im sure management has requested more staff. For now, store sucks

I visited this location on Friday May 28th 2021 (around 6pm) to get my daughter new phone for her 14th birthday. The sales rep (guy with glasses) was as little help as possible. Did not try to help sell me a phone. Just told me “this is standard with all iPhones”. Was extremely rude when I asked to simply see a phone that was not on display. He told me I can’t see it unless I buy it. This rep needs some serious training in customer service and proper and professional communication. Very bad experience. Luckily I went to the T-Mobile store on Balboa in Clairemont and got extremely professional and friendly service from Yvette.

Walked in to do an insurance claim after dropping my phone in the water. The young lady with long hair and part if her head shaved, was very helpful, nice and qrear service . Didnt try to upsell me to some upgrade like I always experience and deny lol. Simply assisted me with my insurance claim like I requested. and fixed other phone issues I was having. And my sister and her husband also had some questions that the staff was nice and helpful about.

Worst customer service ever from the manager Sylvia!! I went in to change the screen protector for my husbands phone and we had gotten the free replacement with the insurance when he bought the phone. He took it off because it broke so bad that it was hard to type/swipe on his iPhone. She didn’t want to replace it because apparently you have to have the old screen to give us a new one. Her excuse was “I can’t replace something that is not there, I don’t know if it was broken” WHY WOULD I TAKE OFF A PERFECTLY GOOD SCREEN AND WASTE MY TIME TO COME IN TO GET A NEW ONE!!?? it doesn’t make sense and honestly the dumbest excuse ever. If it’s in the system that I’m paying for this insurance and have unlimited replacements why not do it?? She was very rude.

Horrible customer service! I have been a T-Mo customer for 15+ years and purchased my last iphone and Apple Watch from this store. When I called to see if they had an exact iphone I wanted for my upgrade and was planning to come in same day, she said they had two but wouldn’t hold one for me!?? I have never been told No at any T-Mobile stores from IL to CA. So now your store just lost a long time customer! Thanks Rosecrans but I have Lawrence holding my next XS max iPhone at the Bay Park store and will continue going there from now on for all my future business!

I just walked out and shook my head. SMHMaybe there were prejudging me. I have been with Tmobile for years. This was a very helpful location with a lot of helpful staff. I was out of town and my phone broke and they were super helpful to find a solution and get me out the door with a phone for the rest of my vacation. It was a very busy location but they had a ton of employees to help with the amount of people that needed help.
