2024-01-28 18:14:05My husband and I went to get new phones yesterday and chose this store because it had the best reviews in the area. And let me tell you there is a reason! Gentlemen helping us was just there to help. He went through our account to make sure we werent paying extra or anything he didnt need, no upselling, just honest help (how refreshing). The store is super small, so stock is limited, and with only one guy working, this was definitely not a quick, seemless process. But honestly, it was worth it to us. Dude even got our screen protectors on for us! So yeah, the high stars are earned.

2024-03-06 07:41:07I just traded in my old iPhone for a new one. Jesus at the Verizon store in Carmel Valley helped me with my purchase and he was very patient, professional and friendly. He stayed past closing hours to make certain that all my information was transferred from the old phone and that everything was set with my new phone. Thank you!

2023-12-30 00:18:15My cousin and me we bought 4 phones in exchange program and JayRons service was outstanding, took several hours with us in helping us out.On other occassion, Lucie was also found to be very knowledgeable and helpful. Only a third young man working there on few occassions was found to be quite rude and not pleasant and lacked experience in handling customers.

2023-09-15 22:36:01Went to day (9/15/23) to get a new phone. Jesus was extremely helpful and pleasant. Took care of every question and concern I had. I made an appointment which happened to be a good idea on this day as the new iPhone 15s came out and the store was a little busy, But, I noticed that walk-ins were quickly assisted as well.Also, he did not try to upsell me on a 15. Came in for a 14 and walked out with a 14 with no pressure.

2023-08-21 23:24:44Jesus was very kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. Made the experience of changing a family plan (to a better one) and getting a new phone completely hassle-free. Best experience I’ve had in a Verizon store.

2023-09-30 21:31:29The wait times are excessive. I was told it would be a 35 minute wait (I was at the head of the queue) by a rude Hispanic girl behind the counter at 1:50 pm on 9/30. When it was my turn, I wanted to do the trade in for my phone (recently moved from T Mobile) and also put in an unlock request (paid for my phone in full). She said they do neither and was rather proud of being unhelpful and wasting my time.

2022-12-30 19:02:41Andres is top level when it comes to not only his customer service but also managing the other employees and making sure multiple clients are happy at the same time. He helped us set up our new tech and made sure we were able to get some of the promos that we didn’t know about prior.

2022-05-04 01:27:12I came to this retailer to upgrade my son’s iPhone as they were offering a $100 credit for his old phone. Not only did the transaction take forever, the salesperson didn’t input the trade in properly so I didn’t get my $100 trade in credit. And because he didn’t input the necessary information Verizon customer service can’t help me and has no proof of a trade in on their end.I went back 3 months later as I still hadn’t received my trade in credit and turned out Carlos the guy who helped me completely screwed up the transaction. The girl who works there didn’t even acknowledge me when I came in. She finally told me where to find Carlos as he was now at a different retailer. 5 monden later I still haven’t gotten my $100 trade in credit.
