Alan was amazing. 10/10. Speed, accuracy and funny. Going to the phone store is like the dentist… but it wasn’t stressful or painful at all this time. It’s a rough economy right now and i truly appreciate people who still can laugh and give great service. This will be more location moving forward. Highly recommend.

I was just at this location and the girl working behind the counter, Sarah was so helpful and had the best attitude. I think she should be recognized for her amazing work ethic and customer service skills. I do hope her manager see this and recognizes for her exceptional service.

Sterling is a super star at store, he is very patient and very knowledgeable, he helped us to switch our cell phone from Google Fi to spectrum very smoothly. So appreciated for his help. Strong recommended this store and Sterling.

Never in my life have I interacted with such rude customer service worker like the one I’ve encountered in June of 2023. Spectrum you need to do better. I walk in there and he is speaking to me like he works there (he wasn’t working that day) and when I ask his name he says “none of your business “, then why are you middling in my business? Thought it was a 40 year lesbian lady but no it was a 50 year British man. Typical

There are only 2 workers and the female worker was just standing there doing nothing while there were 5 people waiting to be seen. She didn’t seem to want to be there.

Literally 3 employees here and 3 customers and only 1 person is attending the customer while the other two are just standing around and doing nothing when they can literally help the other people get done faster.

Today I was at this Spectrum store in Mira Mesa. I was really impressed with the service provided by Niall there - for his professionalism, knowledge, patience, detailed explanation of everything in handling a service request. I would give a 0 star if I could.Asked the staff if there is cable wire in the starter kit and he was really impatient… and said yes. Guess what - after we got home and tried to install the modem… there was NO cable at all… my husband and I clarified at least 5 times…Now we have to go out and buy the cable again…I wonder if the guy actually understands English or not… or is it because you guys discriminate people who don’t speak San Diego accent?

I would give a zero if I could. They lied to me about spectrum TV being free even when I didn’t wanted in the first place. Keep convincing me to get it until I actually did. Never used it once and after that I found out it’s 19.99 a month. Thank god I found this out before 30 day period and I had to vigorously discuss with customer service regarding this issue. Spectrum is fine but just don’t come to this store.

Work efficiency is too low! I waited for more than half an hour for a small thing! There are several staff members, but only one person receives guests, and the others seem to be wandering around...
