He knows ins and outs of the Store he knows the stores Products. Hes Your Young Guy the one with the Key Chains on his Belt, he has all the bells and whistles. He got You! Send him some Love when You go in from Brettani B I got the A15 Phone today of course with my T-Mobile account and im sure he will hook you up with one eazy breezy patience though T-mobile on Downtown on Fifth Got You. 2023-11-06 18:05:38I have been coming to this t mobile location for 2 years ... and it has been great the customer service is usually really good... but today I met Rolo... I was doing a Sim card switch and needed to charge the new phone to make sure the Sim would take. He immediately said no they dont do that. I than asked how will I know if Mt new phone took the Sim card and that I come here all the time and he said he has never seen me before. Long story short we were able to get the phone charged but his attitude and unconscious bias was clear as day. He was very unprofessional and doesnt reflect the great service I get here on the regular. Everyone has bad days but he just sucked. Hopefully he isnt like this consistently.

2023-03-10 00:10:37Terrible costumer service. Went in on Tuesday Feb. 28th to process a warranty exchange. Team member let me know the exchange had been processed and should arrive 2-3 business days at the store. Visited the store on Friday March 3rd and the phone had not arrived. I called the store March 6th and March 9th to check on status of phone, no luck. I was directed to the 611 Customer Service line and after 1hr and 15min I was finally told that the store never processed my exchange. At no point did any members of the store who assisted me took the initiative to do their due diligence and check that they had actually placed the order. I was misled for over a week. This is not good customer service whatsoever and I am growing more and more dissatisfied with Tmobile and their merging of Sprint. I had never had this kind of complete lack of interest in customer service with Sprint prior to the merge. This is unacceptable and truthfully infuriating. Terrible store with terrible staff for a terrible service provider.

2022-10-12 14:35:35Service has been reliable at a reasonable rate. The local store here in Downtown San Diego has proven terrific, with the stores absolute gem, Kim, who has always taken exceptional care of my phone needs!

2022-01-28 20:39:56I’ve been with T-Mobile going on almost 4 years. When they started their bank I thought wonderful. It’s all but wonderful. Customer service is out the door. It’s located overseas and so are all employees. They do not do business like a bank in the US. So beware.

2020-09-24 05:39:31Awesome service. Everyone was very welcoming, patient, and knowledgeable. Anthony assisted my husband with his decision to switch to an Apple phone. I was so grateful for his expertise, guidance, and most of all patience. We were in town for the weekend and I would go back for my upgrade. You have a great team at this store.
