Arrived in a store around 6 pm, was there to purchase a new phone. Long story short, I exited the store around 7:30 and didnt get help until 7:10 pm. due to only two tmobile employees helping out. I suggest we hire more people to speed process up, waiting 1.5 hours is unacceptable

I had great customer service with a big guy (cant remember his name), but he wears a gold-looking watch on his left hand. He provided me with all the options for phone cases, storage on phones, and screen protectors. He went above and beyond by taking the time to put a new phone case on for me. Instead of selling me an ill fit one, he allowed me to pick a new one that worked perfectly. He checked inventory for me multiple times with pleasure and answered all my questions. He was upfront about the waiting time to transfer my phone data to my new phone, and he even helped me ask other stores questions about their products on the phone. There was no attitude, impatience, or overselling. I felt like I had received genuine care and service whilst looking/buying my products. 10/10 Wish most people acted like this guy when I shop.

Lost my phone over the weekend so I stopped into the store to grab a phone right when they opened. Gustavo was not only lazy, but really indifferent. He Def was not feeling being at work at 10am on a Monday morning. I wanted a new phone/upgrade and he was really pushing the insurance option. With that option he didnt have to do any work, but send me away with a phone number. When I asked how I can contact the insurance company with no phone he replied with use another device. Like really bruh?? I proceeded to ask if they have a phone in store i can use and he said No, because i have to give them personalinformationthey dont have like what???. So I decided on a new phone anyways and he sucked at giving my options...like dude isnt the point of your job to sell stuff???. I had to run to the bank and he took the opportunity to refer another store. Which he sucked, so I was with it. Went to the store in Parkway Plaza and the manager on duty was amazing. Showed me my options, had friendly banter, and even told me that they would let me use their phone if I needed to call the insurance. I recommend the Parkway Plaza store.

Be prepared for unhelpful service that the call-center agents provide. Call center agents cannot get anything done and transfer you from one agent to another. I had to visit the store and Jenny was a very helpful t-mobile agent who did her best for the 2 hours during today’s visit. i was in-store trying to get new pin and get help with issues verifying personal information on my account that was incorrectly transitioned from the merge of sprint and t-mobile accounts. After multiple IT agents and call agents were unable to help us with the issue on my account Jenny advocated for me as a customer and made sure to get management involved to help me get my account updated. She really deserves the recognition for the dedication she exerted to help me with my account.

I felt the service tech, Ricky was very knowledgeable and answered my questions honestly. He gave me time to consider my options. As I told Ricky honesty and integrity goes a long way. I believe he displayed the necessary professionalism when providing the information. Continue keeping up the good work.

Everyone dreads waiting in line and even more so when it’s an emergency. Friday at peak hours the store was bustling with customers and as I walked in I was greeted right away by Paul. I explained to him my situation (ex cutting my phone off) and he reassured me that he will take care of me. And he kept his promise. Paul’s calm demeanor, professionalism, quick thinking, and politeness are qualities that will keep customers coming back. Thanks Paul, you made my life a billion times easier!

Title: Terrible Experience at T-Mobile Store on College Grove Dr.Rating: ⭐I visited the T-Mobile store located on College Grove Dr. on October 6th, 2023, at 4:10 P.M. in hopes of taking advantage of a phone promotion they were advertising. Sadly, my experience at this store can only be described as abysmal, and I feel compelled to share it with others.Upon arrival, I noticed that there were five sales team members available. However, the service I received was nothing short of a nightmare. The salesman who eventually assisted us did not start helping until 4:30 P.M., a full 20 minutes after our arrival. To make matters worse, he appeared to be juggling multiple customers simultaneously, dedicating just 10 minutes to each before excusing himself to help the next person. This cycle continued, causing us to remain in the store from 4:10 P.M. until a painful 7 P.M., without any resolution to our needs.The salesman seemed utterly unfocused and distracted, engaging in side conversations that further delayed our already protracted visit. Unfortunately, he could not finish assisting us before his shift ended. To our utter disbelief, we were then informed that the promotion had suddenly ended, as if to conveniently rid themselves of our presence.Dismayed by this experience, I decided to try my luck at another T-Mobile store the following day. Astonishingly, I was able to secure the same promotion without any of the hassles I had encountered at the College Grove Dr. location. This incident was not my first disappointing encounter at this particular T-Mobile store, but it was, by far, the worst.In summary, I implore others not to waste their precious time dealing with such incompetence and lack of customer care at this T-Mobile store. There are other T-Mobile locations where customers are genuinely valued and well-served. My advice: steer clear of this establishment and seek better service elsewhere.Thanks, but no thanks, College Grove Dr. T-Mobile, for the worst customer service experience Ive had in recent memory.

Disgusting customer service, I was there the night prior was told totally different information basically told by Paul I just had to pay taxes on a phone but because they were closing they told me to comeback the following day . I made it back to them the next day I was with Arturo who had a very nasty attitude and horrible customer service along with Jenny and Adam ! After 2 hours in the store I walked away with a phone I did not want and no type of help ! Honestly just throw the whole staff away ! Like clean it out and start over literally questioned being with T-Mobile anymore after 10 years because of that transaction ! Won’t be returning if I could do 0 stars I would . And the manager zedia, Zeke needs to step down she interrupted customers and had a very rude demeanor. No one is expecting start service at a T-Mobile but they are literally worse of the worse . Go to a different store or just call customer service. Just AVOID
