I wish I could give this place zero stars. I brought in my iPhone, which has an Apple retail lock that should be able to be activated at any T-Mobile store. However, the lady who helped me was unaware of this, so she asked her manager, who was standing next to her. The manager then started yelling at us, saying, We can’t do it, and You are wasting your time, in front of us. If talking to customers is wasting time, then you shouldn’t be working in customer service. I felt really uncomfortable. The people at this location are really rude. I recommend going to a different location.

I was greeted as I walked in, and was checked in reasonably quick. Then proceeded to wait 15 minutes while three employees stood at the service desk chit-chatting about pens and completely ignored myself and another guest. As I got up to leave I said thank you to the manager and she thanked me back. No engagement to retain a paying guest.I will not be returning to this location

I had an excellent visit to pay for a bill. The regular service representative that I like to deal with took care of me. As always, I was treated with great respect by this person.I had noticed that T-MOBILE has been sending me all kinds of surveys to win Gift Cards and told him about this before. The last time I was here a colleague of his asked me for my phone to look at it for verification purposes. I did not have the phone with and she treated me with disregard or disrespect. So I left abruptly and said that I will ask someone else.This time I had the phone with all kinds of evidence for the friendly service representative to examine, which he did and took pictures of the too good to be true adds.He told me ALL these adds are called, FISHING.I told him that it all smells fishy to me ‼️He laughed.I asked him if tricking people into giving out credit card numbers to the FISHERMAN was a Federal Crime that the FBI investigated and he said he didnt know.Bottom line: Criminal Overseas Elements are using the T-MOBILE Logo under false pretenses to SCAM loyal T-MOBILE customers...A word to the wise might or might not be sufficient.🇺🇲⚖️🦅🗽☮️☘️

I stopped by this store to speak with a rep in person since the new plan I had been swapped to had not been successfully restored after 3 days of dealing with T Mobile Customer Service (1-800) as well as this store location, and neither have successfully completed my swap/upgrade. My phone line took 30 hours to port over and this only happened after I personally called the 1-800 and merged that rep with the local rep and after 30 hours I had my initial pre-upgraded number back in my possession. It’s now been three days and I stopped by the store to speak to Sam. Sam assumably fixed one issue while I was in the store but sent me off to update my apps at home. When I got home they wouldn’t update as Sam suggested they would. I called the store after attempting to work with 1-800 and was call dropped after a 20 minute going nowhere call. When I called the Hillcrest location, I requested to speak to Sam. A rep answered and put me on hold for Sam. After several minutes Sam answered and told me to come back into the store if I wanted to talk bc he was now with another customer. Sam deserves a 🌟ONE STAR Review for being rude and unwilling to help. I will be in your store later and I expect 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 FIVE STAR Service to remove/revise this review.Accountability is the truthful path for successful Business Growth. 2 weeks ago my brand new phone stopped working, sim card came loose and is floating around inside my phone, new one ordered told to come back a couple days later to pick it up...... still waiting, no phone! Today I tried to call to follow up AGAIN, and their system just hangs up on you (no message of any kind... so I had to go over to the store... SURPRISE!!!.... they are currently closed for 2+ weeks due to Covid exposure/quarantine. DONT know why a manager couldnt at a MINIMUM put a handwritten sign on the door indicating that, as there is NOTHING telling you anything, had to ask the neighboring restaurant. DONT know why they couldnt use ALL that technology to leave a message on your system so customers know you are closed and dont then go to the store to find it all barred up.... 1 year into a pandemic, maybe get a quick backup plan to communicate when you suddenly lock your store up for weeks. The HC location on Washington St has great staff. I mean 5 star. IN FACT one customer told Jordon he was the best as he left the store with a smile. Stephanie is great also! I have been to this T-Mobile on multiple occasions. Unless it was a manager that helped us, the staff has been very unhelpful and ignorant of the products and services they carry. Even though this T-Mobile is walking distance from home, the fashion valley store is well worth the drive for excellent and reliable customer service.

I went in to buy a phone charger. I was in the area and had 2% I walk in and its locked up of course, so I ask the employee, so I can buy it. Her response was I can get you checked in, there are 3 people ahead of you and it didnt look like anyone was being helped. What should have been a quick transaction resulted in this review. Seriously definitely rethink your practices. That was common sense.

Stopped in because I didnt have the tool to open my sim tray in my phone. I didnt catch the guys name but an employee there busted out his opener, popped my tray open and offered more help if I needed it.They didnt try to sell me anything, pressure me or any other annoying practice a lot of people use these days. Just a simple I need help, Sure, there ya go. Have a great day.Ive been a big fan of T-Mobile for years now and my trip today to this store emphasized why theyre my favorite carrier. 10 out of 10.So, kudos un-named employee, I appreciate your help!

21 stars to this location T-Mobile the team values each customer as if they have known them all of their lives they care about how theyre treated they care about how their phone is working. They go above and beyond the Call of Duty this location is a team working location and each time I have to do business my choice is this location and a lot of times I will just go in and pay my monthly bill because I wanted to see them and speak to them and let them know how much I care about them thank you again to them

This review is specifically about Will at this Tmobile location. As for Tmobile itself.. the jury is still out for your phone service and some of your other stores locations and their operations but I digress... POINT IS, if you keep more people like Will employed, youd hit the mark a million times over. He is everything anyone would look for, and hope for in a customer service agent. As a person who owns their own business I can whole heartedly say that I would hire Will for a lifetime in my company... epitome of exceptional customer service. Maleen is one of the most rudest person I have ever met, she won’t even look at you in the eyes because she knows she’s about to lie to your face, for someone who makes minimum wage you would think she was a brain surgeon with her big attitude & was more worried about my past due balance then helping me get MY broken phone fixed . I have been with the service for 1 year and 3 months and our bill went from $175 a month to $278 a month and we were told that our phones would be paid off in full by then end of 2018 but come to find out we are still paying on 3 phones. 1 was my mothers which she lost and we were told that we had insurance on it but we didnt. So when my moms phone was stolen we had to pay for another phone. The 2nd phone was mine which I thought I paid off when I got my new phone. And the 3rd is my moms current phone.We went to the T mobile store to find out why the auto pay wasnt working even though we had money in the account and we decided to leave after waiting for 20 minutes. We were sitting there watching as one of the employees was chatting with a customer whose business was already finished and he already had his receipt for his purchases. We normally dont go to this one in particular even though it is closer to our house because they usually take forever to talk to and dont actually do what we ask for. So we normally go to the city heights Tmobile because they are pretty fast with their service and they do as much as possible to helps us if we have any problems and or questions. Slightly disappointed but not surprised.

Sometimes they have good deals at times but most of the time the service sucks indoors or in rural areas.Best international plan on my opinion though, so I put up with the low reception in buildings and rural areas for this reason alone.
