The employee took the time to listen to our complaints with T-Mobile service. He provided excellent service and was able to transfer four phones and set up Internet for us in one visit. We spent a lot of time at the store and it was an enjoyable experience other than the fact that the Building Verizon is very hot. That space needs air conditioning.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE...... I have been dealing with this stores very poor customer service and continued broken promises since March 2024. Its NOW . I was promised my activation fees waived as part of a promotion that they were having. That has yet to happen. Naudia was HORRIBLE. Ive came back several times for issues regarding service and promotions that were promised and credit to my account. Every time I went in I was told the manager was the only one to handle my situation and made promises that he would call me back. Well it is now June and still no call. Naudia added an apple watch and service to my account without removing it(that took well over a month to remove). I still havent heard from the manager. The last time I was there, I asked for a corporate contact and no one knew it. I just believe they refused to provide it to me. I did research and found who the owner was and filed a complaint. Ive also filed a complaint with BBB as well. My last visit to the store Naudia refused to assist me and stated this is my last day anyways so I really dont care!! I was extremely concerned as she had access to my personal information and what she would do with it. She wrote the managers email address down on a piece of paper and said here just email him!! I can go on and on how I was treated. BWARE of this location!!!!!!

Naudia was amazing. She helped my 85 year old Mom get a new phone which was challenging at best. She was very patient, friendly and showed tremendous expertise and knowledge. We will return based on her above service.

Great Experience! Tony helped us out switching providers and hooking us up with the new iPhone and a tablet as well . He was thorough and even gave my daughter some pens and paper to entertain her ! 10/10

Love this store, all the staff are friendly and attentive. On 2 separate occasions I had 2 different staff walk me through what my bill would look like for peace of mind. I’ve also gone to this store for a new sim and early upgrade.Shoutout to Andres and Tony, they know their stuff!

Came in to see about a service issue with my phone. Given that this is a company plan, I already notified the owner of the plan/my manager to expect a call as Verizon normally let them give verbal confirmation of anything related to the account. While Naudia was initially as helpful as a receptionist could be, she spoke to Isaac, who then took over. Never have I been given so much attitude from someone whose job was to help me. Rather than listen, he immediately spoke down to me, saying as I am not the owner of the account, he cant help me and anyone who worked for Verizon and accepted verbal authorization to do anything to my phone or the account violated Verizon policies and should be fired. My issue wouldnt have even affected my policy, only my phone. Regardless, he continued to speak to me condescendingly, and as I walked out, I heard him tell Naudia, Dont help him. Hes not on the plan. Because obviously, my phone isnt linked to the plan. I notified the owner of the plan who advised me to reach out to IT, who was incredibly helpful. She also told me that Isaac was wrong, as my issue only affected my phone and not policy. Hence, he should have helped me. Later, when my manager went to see about my phones issues, she was told an administrator at Verizon had locked access to the account (I can only wonder who). However, as a result of Isaac, I have chosen to leave Verizon and have encouraged my manager to remove our company from them as well. I hope Isaac is content with himself and Verizon is happy to lose long-time customers.
