My husband and I just bought our first house (we closed on 4/27) in San Ramon with James this month (I know--what a time to buy) and we honestly cannot recommend him and his time enough.We went into this entire process knowing very little and we were looking for someone we could trust to teach us things along the way and help us make the right decision for our situation. We ended up researching about 3 different realtors AND their references and it was a no brainer once we talked to James and his past & current clients.From the very first phone call, James took his time to explain everything. From the current market to things to watch out for to all kinds of clients hes worked with in all different parts of the Bay Area--it was clear James not only loved his job, but truly looked out for his clients.Once we got the ball rolling, it was pretty much smooth sailing. He recommended lenders to work with (he was not pushy and gave us a HUGE list of lenders but underlined ones hes recently worked with in our area) and was there EVERY step of the way. He even spent hours on the phone going over ALL the disclosures for one house just so we could get a feel for what we should look for going forward.Kin, who is on his team, was also such a pleasure to work with. We packed our weekends with house tours--one time seeing 6 houses in one day and even going back to one. Never once did she rush us or complain--we really felt like we were their priority. While James didnt see every property with us, he sets up a group text once you decide to work with him and thats your main method of communication. Extremely quick and consistent communication.We ended up winning our second offer we put down (we closed in 21 days working with a lender he recommended!!) and its been a dream. James was available at all times of the day walking us through it all, talking with the listing agents, figuring out our best moves, and even now is helping us with minor work being done before we officially move in. His handyman and floor guy he works with is doing work on our house and theyre great--James is even in a group texts with all of them so hes keeping an eye on that too.All in all--just choose James! We had such a wonderful experience buying our first home with him and his team...we know that if and when were ready to sell and buy again, theres no question wed work with them again.

Aaron is probably, THE COOLEST and BEST CPA out there...highly likely. He is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful at times you would not believe. In previous years, I would do my own taxes or ask a buddy of mine to do so. I then invested in crypto...in December 2017...at the top of the market. The worst move I ever made. Did some research regarding taxes and knew I had to file. Had a hard time finding someone who knew how to deal with crypto and one that was not completely booked! In comes Aaron with only a few days left until the filing deadline. We scheduled a meeting and I expected the usual Q&A, hand over the paper work, and so on. What he did next was probably the most amazing thing a CPA could ever do. He said, OK...Im gonna do your taxes now. He turned around and after some time, churned it out right in front of me. I doubt anybody else would have done that. I went home with my Crypto tax weight lifted off of my shoulders. I was so impressed by his work and genuine personality, I went back to him for my 2018 taxes...along with 2018s crypto. We even have an on going joke...LAMBO TIME!!! lol.If you are looking for a CPA, Aaron is a solid go to. This guy gets it done!
