We wanted to buy a home as well but were on a tight budget and were not sure if we can find good home. The minute we talked to Anil, he was very encouraging and positive he can find us a good home. We made few trips to Tracy with Anil and ended up liking one of the home which was recently upgraded throughout. Seller expectations were high *but* Anil persisted to follow-up with listing agent and negotiated it so it fits in our budget. He saw the signs of market picking up and advised us to go for the home we were tracking for a few weeks and we are glad to have listened to his advice.
