Well, he set his expectations accordingly, but he overdelivered!One way he is exceptional is with his communication: he will prioritize you, making you feel important even if it is on a weekend.By spending time communicating well with clients and agents, it shows Brian has strong organization skills because the work on the file is finished in a timely manner. Effective communication throughout the whole home buying process, from the pre-qualification to looking at houses to even hosting a free first time home-buyers seminar that provided insight and answers to so many questions related to home ownership and accessibility. The agent dealt effectively and efficiently with the relators and escrow company and communicated well with me providing updates on loan status, information needed and why and checking in to see how the process was going for me the buyer mentally and emotionally. Ive always heard buying a house is probably the most (or one of the most) stressful things in life, but they really made this whole process to have very little stress. Anytime a snag or hiccup came up, they worked through it, explained the situation in depth, and provided options/alternatives and solutions and kept in contact with me while being supportive and encouraging. Overall highly recommend, and especially encourage the in-person attendance to one of their home-buying seminars where face to face interaction can take place, individual questions can be answered per individual situations (not generic scenarios) and the beginning of the rapport between the individual (as a person, name and face) and the agent can start to develop.

I had a complicated situation. I had a low credit score due to Credit fraud, I am going through a separation and my landlord decided to sell his house. Yes, you read that right. These people are the best. They helped when Rocket couldn’t despite me having good credit. I would advise any and everybody to go through this mortgage company. They get you great numbers & extra deals when purchasing homes & they will NOT leave you in the dark. This company has time stamps for everything & won’t leave you in the dark. John and his team at Mason-McDuffie were just outstanding to work with! During the few week process of my Mortgage Refinance with John everything went just smooth as possible. I didnt even hear from John as he and his team worked to get my refinance completed. The process to get my refinance done was cake compared to the experience I had during my first home purchase with a different mortgage company. John even went out of his way to let me know that my current insurance agent was being unprofessional and not helping them get the insurance documents they needed. There is no words to describe how much I truly appreciated Margie Carino and her team helped me with my first home. Margie and her team especially Jesse were super fast and efficient.
