THE best focus group facilitiesThe focus group rooms inside look very modern, with lots of bright lighting. The wide open spaces and the comfortable atmosphere makes it very easy to participate and talk about your opinions when taking a study.Inside, atmosphere is very clean and friendly. The entrance is easy to find, because they are on the very first floor, right next to the elevators when you first walk into the main entrance of the building. They are the easiest company to find in that entire building.The staff are all very professional, and go out of their way to help answer questions I had. Sometimes they offer free snacks and even wine, depending on which day you show up.Overall, a nice place for focus groups!

Ive done a few various paid research studies over the span of ~10 years.If you are not detail oriented, willing to repeat yourself, and self responsible, this isnt the type of paid work for you.Apart from that, I have always appreciated this group and they pay promptly and easily.

Stay away!!!!!!!! They WILL waste your time!! Took me through a 45 minute phone screener, scheduled me for a tech check, & because THEIR system wasnt working said it was my computer. Tried again the next day same thing. Now all of a sudden we cant schedule you even though they admitted my system was compatible. In all, they wasted nearly 2 hours of my time and this is just the pre-qualification phase. If you want to deal with unprofessionalism, disorganized, lack of common sense & time wasters go with this company!

THIS IS MY FIRST STOP! BEAWARE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! I seen a paid Facebook advertisement and filled out a survey online and thought ok this sounds good after reading reviews etc they came to my house for a 2 hour in home inteverview &THEY NEVER PAID ME!!! I waited 2 weeks to hear something back from them and they didnt even give me the courtesy to contact me after and let me know what is going on. They are very unprofessional. This is how they treat you when you are of color. They dont respect you this is one of the worst market research firms I have ever participated with. I will be making sure everyone is aware of this company and how they do business. People of color be aware they did not treat me right, they stayed at my house for 2 hours and wasted my time and by unproper judgement they decided not to pay me. They judge people of color, and dont believe what you have to stay away dont want anyone else do have such a awful experience like I have. BE AWARE you have been warned. I dont even like leaving negative reviews. This is how bad they treated me.

I just got home from being part of a research project & couldnt be more pleased. Everyone was very nice & everything ran perfectly on time.I was a little nervous until I walked thru the doors & felt immediately at ease.I highly recommend participating if the opportunity comes up for you.

I feel that they totally scammed me today, having me recruit friends for a study, and misrepresenting themselves. I would suggest you steer clear of this company.
