Urban IT is the best computer repair place I have ever dealt with. They are true professionals and know what they are doing. I run a small accounting firm – 5 PCs, 2 Mac, and a server. When my server failed to access the Internet after a power outage, I called the nearest computer repair shop, Urban IT, and spoke to Brian. He immediately dispatched one of the technicians who traced the problem to a bad network card. Brian was able to install another network card, and got me running shortly afterwards. Brian also noticed that I did not have any antivirus protection, so he recommended installing a security appliance that will protect me against hacking and viruses. I was very impressed by his knowledge and honesty. Urban IT is now my computer support company. I wish I can give Urban IT 10 stars.Mike Tucker

We purchased 2 Habikes from LA Fly Rides. We searched local bike shops in Virginia but there wasnt a lot of choices. We found one store in Maryland that carried them but pricing was high and the knowledge of e-bikes just wasnt there. We found LA Fly Rides on the internet and called. Scott was extremely knowledgable and answered all of our questions as well as making us think about what type of bikes were a good fit for us. We ended up choosing Xudro All Mtn 6.0 Habikes and Scott arranged the shipment. He reached out when they were shipped and followed up once we received them. Excellent customer service and definitely recommend LA Fly Rides!

This place is awesome! Very comfortable and open feel with a large inventory of reading material. One of the larger bookstores I have seen still in existence. What a wonderful experience to go through physical reading material for once instead of being bound by internet material. Theres a nice coffee lounge by Starbucks within the facility as well. It makes for a nice reading and meeting location. The mall that it is located within is a special place to be in Calabasas as well. It is a Rick Caruso development and theres many other fine and high and shops nearby. The restaurants in the area are fabulous also. Its a great place to take kids and spend an afternoon of shopping and lounging around. Be sure to check out all of the turtles at the water feature. Theres plenty of parking. It has easy access to the 101 freeway.

Absolutely wonderful experience! I just bought a CPO X5 from Bob Smith BMW as an out-of-state customer and worked with Drew Megna on their internet sales team. There were of course some minor speedbumps along the way, but that is to be expected buying a car from the other side of the country. But nonetheless, it was a pleasure doing business with them and wouldnt hesitate to use them again next time (if they have a vehicle that I want). Drew was professional, responsive, and did everything in his power to make sure I was a satisfied customer. His manager, Wayne, also stepped in accordingly when Drew was out of the office, and he was a pleasure to work with as well. I had shopped at least 15 other vehicles from various other dealers across the country and this was the only no-haggle experience for a great deal (even after factoring in the shipping costs for a 2000 mile transport). Thank you Drew and Wayne!
