Incredible dealership experience! Cant believe I actually had a great time car shopping this time around and all credit is due to the amazing team over at Calabasas.Jonathan helped my wife and I find the perfect upgrade. Very professional and was not pushy. He was very polite, responsive and helpful in finding the perfect value proposition for us. Michael & Ryan were also a pleasure to work with and helped me get the deal I was looking for.Also, it was quite incredible to be able to sign the deal on Friday and the following the day, the car was already detailed & packaged up ready for delivery & drive-off.Needless to say, the next time I am back in the car market, Ill be stopping by Cadillac of Calabasas and I will be looking to work with Jonathan Foley

Great experience leasing a car.I usually do not write any recommendations for the vendors that I deal with, but I was very impressed with the level of professionalism with this dealership.I leased a new vehicle from the Cadillac of Calabasas 2 weeks ago and it has been a very pleasant experience. They are very professional and knowledgeable about the products they sell. The process was very straightforward with no going back and forth to the sales managers usual game. Even after the completion of the transaction, my sales advisor Mohamed Ramadan followed up to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the car and assisted with some of the after-sales paperwork, unlike other dealers that I have dealt with in the past. If you are in the market for a new car give them a try. you would be pleasantly surprised.

Sam was great! Extremely knowledgeable about the Lyriq and what I could expect transitioning from a Tesla. He made the actual buying process so easy too. I had all three of my kids with me but I never felt overwhelmed. I went to a few different dealers but ultimately went completely out of my way to drive to Calabasas to work with him. Once I got the car, he still walked me through all the features and set me up. I’m only calling him for my next purchase. My husband is already planning on going back for his car. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had!

After researching several dealerships and deals, this dealership seemed to offer the best (a combination of incentives, EV credits, and discounts). We dealt with Ethan and had such a positive experience that I sent a friend over to buy the same car (and more will probably follow). Definitely check out Cadillac of Calabasas if you want to avoid annoying back and forth, and find a great vehicle for a great price. Ask for Ethan.

Ive been in the market to upgrade my Cadillac Escalade. Ive been in the market for a few months looking/waiting for the car with all the options I desired. I was waiting for so long that when I found a vehicle at Cadillac of Calabasas with all the options I desired except for one, I figured Id give them a call to see if the option could be added to the vehicle. When I called, it was than that I spoke with Fred. Fred informed me the option couldnt be added but that he found the exact vehicle I was looking for with all the options and some I was looking for in their inventory. He informed me the vehicle was just turned in and it was going to be a few days before the vehicle would be ready after going through the dealers inspection process. It took about 3 days before the vehicle was ready but it felt like forever. It was during this time Fred stayed in constant contact with me and replied to every concern/question I had. Once the vehicle was ready, Fred gave me a call and told me to come on down! Once I arrived to the dealership, Fred took great care of me. He was honest with me as we worked our way to the deal that was right for me. What can I say, I got the car I wanted with extra options, at the price I wanted. This car was a military retirement gift to myself. Thanks a bunch Fred, youre a good guy!

I had a great experience purchasing a new Cadillac CT5 Blackwing from Cadillac of Calabasas. It is a very special car, and I have owned it now for a couple of months and I am very happy with the satisfaction it delivers. I want to give a special shout-out to my salesman Ben. I live in San Diego which is over a hundred miles from the dealership, but Ben helped me over the phone by first letting me know this car was available as well as by sending me additional photos, videos, manuals, and other information. Ben made it possible to feel comfortable with this purchase, overcoming the logistics of arriving to see and purchase the car on-site. Ben is very passionate about cars, and I could tell he was very excited to be part of my experience buying and owning the Blackwing. Called to make an appointment for a service and the morning receptionist Adrienne was so not enthusiastic about helping. Overall rude and lacks urgency. Not to mention, judgemental. If I’m calling you about an appointment at YOUR location whilst I have an appointment for another matter at ANOTHER location, it should not be your business as to why I need to take my car to both locations. I have to say this will be my 4th Escalade and never have done it from the same dealer. Alex and Michael made the whole deal easy. Micheal held my truck for over a month why we worked out some issues. Which he was the only person on the planet willing to help. I will never I mean never buy a GM product anywhere else.
