I had a particular BMW model in mind and communicated this to the salesperson (“Antonio”) without discussing any budget or how much I might be willing to spend. After a test drive in a car initially seeming too extravagant, he suggested trying a slightly different model. During the second test drive, he adeptly highlighted the contrasts between the two models, patiently addressing my repeated questions and reassuring me with a no pressure attitude. He even provided his cell number for further inquiries. It was a flawless experience, allowing me to test drive multiple cars and gain comprehensive answers to my queries. Despite it being his day off, I couldnt wait until Monday to finalize my decision. I contacted the dealership on Sunday and, despite it being his day off, Antonio guided me on ensuring the cars availability until Monday. By Wednesday evening, I was driving the car home.Antonio displayed exceptional kindness and attentiveness throughout our interaction. He patiently listened to all my questions, providing clear and concise answers without any pressure. What a great experience it was visiting this BMW dealership. The salesman who helped me was Tameem, he was so helpful and knowledgeable. I simply went in to see what kind of cars they had and to check out some lease specials. I haven’t been in the US too long and didn’t think I would get approved to get a car.But Tameem was patient and showed me all my options and all the cars he thought would be a good option for me since my credit is not well established. After some difficulty he got me approved and soon after I am driving away with my new car, it was used but it looks brand new with low miles and warranty. I love my car and couldn’t be happier with whole experience. Thank you guys!

*** READ OR YOU WILL REGRET ***IF YOU PLAN TO GET YOUR CAR SERVICED IN THIS LOCATION PLEASE READ.We brought a 2016 X5 early in March to Bob Smith BMW to get diagnosed for water damage by our insurance and here our problem has been started.The damage had a potential of total lost, but this is not how it worked with these people.The car value is around $17k and they charged me near $16k and I have all the invoices.They started to send invoices with smaller amount to my insurance to get their work started and once I figure out it was already too late, I had to pay $5k for they investigation on water damage.Make the story short after 2 months of keeping my car in their shop we got our car back with1. interior damage, driver carpet is missing, the rest of the carpets that supposed to be dry and clean it was all dirty.2. Check engine is on3. They assembled the head unit unprofessionally with no screws and I found it out while driving and heard something is loosed behind the dash.4. They messed up the sunroof alignment after they have done water test. now its clicking and bracket is completely detached.5. They had to uninstall the engine and the exhaust base on their invoice and now I hear rattle noise from the exhaust of something underneath and now HEAR THIS:When I returned the car back to their shop for correction they REFUSED to fix what they have missed and they ask for diagnosing fee and still they wont fix anything.BEAWARE OF THIS SHOP OR YOULL REGRET.

I owe the best car shopping experience of my life Ryan Riveras warm spirit, deep understanding of person-to-vehicle fit, and can-do attitude. I was trying to find a car that would fulfill many conflicting needs: fun to drive, able to carry 4 people, can fit a bike, comfortable for long distances, reasonably good on gas and at a certain price point. After test driving a few cars I thought might work for me Ryan stepped in to suggest a 430i Gran Coupe and it was love at first drive! And the cherry on top was how easy it was to come to an agreement on the lease terms and pricing. I first bought a BMW X5 from him 2-3 years ago, and then sold it to Bob Smith BMW and leased a new car from Stefano a week ago. When you meet Stefano, youre immediately impressed with his intellect and energy, and his genuine interest in giving you the best possible customer experience. He cheerfully took the time to meet with me, and communicate with me by email and text, several times, to ensure that the choice of vehicle, options and purchase agreement were perfectly tailored to my needs. He was honest and transparent at every step, and I never felt pressured. And, after I purchased the first car, and later leased the second, he has always made himself available and has in fact encouraged me to stay in touch so he could handle any little follow-up need. Its hard to fathom that a car dealership experience could be that extraordinary.

After an extensive wait of three and a half hours, the staff informed me that there had been a mistake in the valuation. This error in communication not only caused a significant delay but also resulted in me having to seek out another dealership to sell my vehicle. The experience was quite disheartening, especially considering the time invested. Fortunately, I was able to sell my car elsewhere for a substantially higher price, which ultimately turned the situation around for the better.

I bought a car online from them from their online sales guy Ryan... pretty much paid top dollar for this BMW x6m he referred me to Lemon Squad to check the car out but then hid damage that was done to the dashboard with a sold sign. only during Transit that he let me know about the damage he blamed it on the transport people which was a lie then he promised me to give me a new dashboard and never came through. This dealership is a sham they should be ashamed of themselves. I have photos to prove it, I have conversations to prove it.... I really wanted to leave a good review. My salesperson was excellent. But the whole purchase experience was quite frustrating. I purchased a certified pre-owned 330i. It seemed like a fair price so I made a full price offer over the phone. When I arrived and started the purchase process, I realized the advertised options were false. It was missing the stereo package and the M package. I would call it a bate and switch but they apologized and said it was an unintentional error. The dealership was far from home so I purchased the car anyway. Then we realized it only had one license plate and one key. They informed me they would order another plate and another key to comply with the CPO contract. Neither happened. I followed up several times over the next 4 months, made 4 visits until the issues were resolved. Now the AC isnt working.They are pleasant to work with but seem to miss the boat more often than not. CPO was a title that should not have been given to the car I purchased. Bate and switch, intentional or not, is unacceptable.Addendum:The sign of an ethical company is one who acknowledges shortcomings, communicates transparently, and implements charge. I had the pleasure of being contacted by the lead at Bob Smith BMW, who put everything into context. I appreciated his time and have a renewed trust in the company. I have updated the rating to 5 star.

I made an appointment on the dealers website for my wife to test drive an i4. We worked with Hovik and had a fantastic experience. He answered all of her questions, made the entire process incredibly easy, and we left as extremely happy customers. We have previously (at a different dealer) had bad experiences with sales people treating my wife poorly, thinking I needed to give my permission for her to buy a car. Hovik didn’t do this at all! I recently purchased a 2024 X4 M40i. Ive made new BMW auto purchases in the past and this is the first with Bob Smith BMW. I also purchased several Toyota Tundras and Ive had a great experience with Bob Smith Toyota in La Crescenta as well.I spoke to Stefano in new car sales several times over the phone and I was impressed with his knowledge of the car and polite discussion. It was comfortable talking to him because he never asserted any sales pressure. I was also impressed meeting Stefano and his assistant Priscilla by how genuinely nice and helpful they both were. The sales experience was unique in that one person, Stefano handles the process from beginning to the completion of signing the contract. This made my car buying experience the best I’ve had. After my purchase that night Stefano stayed late and never rushed setting up the electronics of my X4. He kept assuring me he was glad to stay until all my questions were answered, which he did. I would suggest not bringing your vehicle here for service. I brought my vehicle to this dealer at the end of December with the check engine light, Ccoolant leak problems, and the concern of my ambient air temperature sensor. The gentleman, Rob Meyer who was my advisor Was very belittling when I had told him I wanted my ambient air temperature sensor checked out and he told me I never asked for that in the beginning yet that was the reason why my check engine light was on, but they didn’t bother to check that. He said he can diagnose it for an additional $235 which is absurd when that was the original reason why I brought my vehicle in. They also will not send you the video You’re supposed to get when your car is being serviced, until after you’ve picked up your vehicle. This is the most shadiest establishment I have ever dealt with. Their service providers do not work diligently on vehicles. They will NOT diagnose your vehicle for what you bring in your car for. The service manager, Fernando could care less, Does not respond to emails unless the Better Business Bureau is involved.. The service Director Catherine refused to give a refund, but will grant a service credit, knowing I’ve already sold my car.It unfortunate that this is the type of car servicing providers out there.

Finally time has come to share my experience this has happened few months ago exactly in October 16th 2023 I went there for a recall on my 2011 328i BMW of course, so I received a call the next day they said that they finishing up with my car on the recall and they recommend like usual they have to sell your stuff or make money some way somehow they recommend the valve cover gaskets to be replaced which is covered under sulev warranty and they told me theyll do it for free even thats was changed not even a year ago but I said okay go ahead and do it, nothing for free they got paid from the manufacturer to do that job anyway I pick up the car the next day, when home which is not even 5 Mi away the next day I was going to work and the check engine light came on, call Bob Smith bmw they told me no problem just bring it in, so the next day I took my car in and they called me the day after they said you valvetronic solenoid is bad need to be replaced and dont worry about it, its covered under warranty the sulev super ultra low emission vehicle too I said okay great again nothing for free they got their money from the manufacturer again, so just to remember I took the my car twice already first time with the recall and they change the valve cover gasket and the second time the valvetronic solenoid and they never mention anything else and they did their 32 point inspection on the car so the car very much been twice at the dealer so its perfect, even the second time they drove the car for 20 mi just to make sure everything runs good on the car no more problems, so like usual I pick up the car drove it home just 5 Mi away and the next day I took the car back with me to work in my way going to work again check engine light came on and the car start acting up missing and kind of also rattling noise in the engine, so like usual the third time in about 10 days . I called Bob Smith BMW and I told them this is what happened oh no problem bring the car in, then after 2 days. I received the call from them they saying they need all the record for the car for the past 8 years record for the oil changes, so just to make the story short I told them what happened they said most likely you have a spun rod bearing. THEY TOLD ME thats normal happens all the TIME.So finally I pick up the car just the day before Christmas last year after I have to go through hell and back getting Carfax to get all the records the oil change records and all the records for the car call the shops to get a printout of the oil change records done in the car almost the past 8 years some, I have to go drive to that shop and get the record from them, I have to call BMW of North America over six times very stupid and ignorant people works there.By the way I am an automotive technician been in a business for over 25 years certified by the state of California to work on any car, thats not includes my training and my degrees in Automotive. I inspect my car thoroughly to see what they did wrong cause the problem with my engine find out there is some metal shaving on the top of the valve cover Where is the valvetronic screws are by number five cylinder where most likely the screws holding the valvetronic got broken they have to drill to get it out not sure how much metal shaving went in the engine cause low oil pressure to wear out number one cylinder rod bearings and I called at least 3 BMW professional technicians of course they dont work for Bob Smith BMW they are professional not like the one at Bob Smith BMW, sometimes they drain the oil in the engine to check there is no debris, also most likely they ran my engine without oil until they figure out they cause a knocking noise or wear out rod bearing in the engine, thats what you gets from Bob Smith BMW and unqualified unprofessional technicians and a liar service writer and ignorant management.Please avoid BOB SMITH BMW under any circumstances.

I had informed him that this is my first time buying a car - of course I really wanted a BMW, a BMW M340i at that, to be my first car - he was more than understanding; absolutely helpful with the scenarios of which choice of payment plan(s) I would choose. Showcasing the plans and rebate information of the program. It made me feel more at ease that there is transparency between both parties. Which is what I felt when my mom when she got her X5. Bob Smith BMW is really a great place and its employees, like Justin De Leon, helped translate that transparency with its customers. Going thru paper work & signatures with him made this feel like I wanted to buy another car because the service was so smooth sailing yet, I needed to recall that I am suppose to drive off with one at the end of the day lol. I had a terrible experience with Bob Smith BMW. The customer service was abysmal - the staff was unresponsive, unprofessional, and downright rude. My car had multiple issues right after purchase, and it took forever to get any kind of response or resolution from the dealership. At first they promised that everything will be taken care of. Until they decided to let me know that a brand new 2023 M5 competition lost its engine within 10 days of driving out of the dealership. To make matters worse, they tried charging me an exorbitant amount of almost $80,000 to fix my car which basically falls under the criteria of a lemon. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and urge others to steer clear of Bob Smith BMW.The service director, Katherine Hodac and the two sales managers, which refused to identify themselves, would continually lie to me about the entire process. I have yet to get a straight answer about what I am a supposed to do. I would not refer my worst enemy to this place. Why can’t you just be gentle and kind and give me the answers at the top rather me probe you.As soon as we said, that we were looking to test drive X4 and that it does not have to be M, she says X6 is great, but it’s sold out. Then why even suggest.She never even sat us down or ask us our plans, our options, or anything of that sort. There was no conversation at all. Kind of already judged us as soon as we walked through the door that we can’t afford the car.So I’m really confused about the reviews of this place but I know for sure I’m not coming here to buy my first BMW.Like another review said, that she did not feel like a fish in a shark tank! My service advisor Juli Brown is simply the very best advisor that Ive ever had the pleaser of working with and understanding my bike. Ive been bring my bike to BObs for the last two years. I have a 2014 BMW s1000rr. Over this time Ive put on a full exhaust, different chain & sprockets, brakes, oil changes, new battery and scheduled services. My last service was for having my gas tank repainted. I dropped off my bike in November just got it back yesterday. Paint job looks perfect. Juli always kept me updated. When you go to Bobs for service see Juli she is a five star advisor.

What makes a great company is customer Service, knowledge and follow thru in a timely manor. Gregg & Shaun are exceptional. The reason why my wife and I both drive BMWS is the quality of people, the management from the service people at the drive ups to the service people that service the cars and even the cashier that takes your money are exceptional. this mooring I had a conversation with John at BMW about returning my car at lase end easy to talk to easy to work with and helpful. 03/10/23 I gave 1 star for the technician who gave the service update to my for my 2021 BMW 330i. To start with, my service provider informed me that I would need to call for updates instead of him calling me. I needed to do the work of getting the status myself, and they held on to my car for 3 days (without allowing me to decline the service after originally telling me it would take 1-2 days) without providing a loaner car and status, Kurt Carruthers doesnt deserve any stars. I was treated with zero customer service and felt racially profiled, just because Im asian. There was a lot of carelessness and unprofessionalism with dealing with customers. No hi or hello not even saying bye... poor management. Take note of their incompetence on time frame and customer service. I will never go back to this overrated place again, racism at its best.

When I leased my I3s from Campbell . I traded in my previous I3 I was supposedTo get 3 free lease payments . I prepaid my lease so I didn’t get them.I called Bmw many times and they said it’s up to the dealer to reimburse me.Campbell promised to fix it when I buy out the car . 3 years later none happenedIt is very sad that even the higher up sales manager have never apologized .No wonder that company’s like Tesla or Rivian are surging ahead .I also had a warranty issue with the car and I had to call BMW to get it resolvedWould I recommend the dealer …..Customer service is so much better with my Tesla and Rivian .It’s to bad a missed opportunity for 1200$ they rather loose a customer

Purchased my car in December. Dealership screwed everything up with the financing paperwork and now BMW Financial thinks I purchased a different car with completely different loan terms. I was told they would have everything fixed within 24-48 hours. It’s been a month now. The dealership has moved on and never fixed the issue. No follow up despite telling me they would do to make sure this was resolved. I’ve been left to fix their mistake on my own. BMW Financial tech team is unable to link my real account to my online account now because of the mistake. I have zero online access and I’ve spent HOURS on the phone over multiple days trying to get the issue resolved. I now have to call in every month to make payments as my online account is useless and shows the wrong payment terms. I’m very dissatisfied with Bob Smith BMW. They took my money, screwed up the paperwork about as bad as you can do, and never followed up to ensure their mistake was corrected despite them telling me they would. By far the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. Avoid them at all costs. Go to Rusnak BMW instead.

I found my X2 M35i at 3AM and immediately applied for financing. I nearly blew up the internet with making sure I was the first person they contacted in the morning. Elham contacted me first thing in the morning and told me she had the keys in hand! In the pouring rain I drove across town to sign the documents! Elham’s quick response was BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL! The ease of purchase was EXCEPTIONAL! Tristan who helped me with the test drive, and setting up Apple CarPlay and the BMW app was EXCEPTIONAL! Good service. Just compare on price with other places beforehand. They have a good shuttle service through free Uber rides.But its an ATT deadzone really, unless thats improved. That can make it harder to deal with the free Uber service once you walk out of the wifi range.
