2024-06-23 02:38:14Stopped by to support the local HOG Chapters Burgers on the Grill event. The heat was a bit extreme, so instead, there was a set up inside for chili bowls and snacks. While there, I had to take a look at the newest motorclothes. Both Jenn and Linda were VERY helpful and fun. Tough to be upbeat when the A/C is not working, but they kept their cheerful smiles and continued to assist everyone who came into the dealership. Well done, ladies. Oh, and I love my new hoodie, too.

2024-06-22 02:05:41Came in to get some air in my tire from a patch repair. The woman behind the accessories counter was a HUGE help. Got me an air compressor after the portable tire inflator wasn’t working.Supplied snacks and water and got me back on the road. Great customer service for an out of towner! Really appreciate it!

2024-04-12 01:37:05Don’t make the same mistake I did by buying a bike at this dealership. Check out their Better Business Bureau rating to get better insight about them.Just one of the many bad experiences I’ve had with them; they asked me to wait 5 weeks for an oil change service. When I mentioned that I had “priority service”, an incentive you get for buying with them; they didn’t care to honor it. I called Glendale Harley and they took care of me the same day.They’re marketing that they’re under new ownership and things are changing for the better but that’s not the case. They’re still the same horrible dealership. You’ll save yourself a lot of money and headaches buying elsewhere.

2024-06-19 20:33:57Called numerous times to speak with Rich about selling a 2013 Harley to the dealership. The lady on the phone mentioned that rich is too busy to talk to me and runs 5 dealerships therefore wont be able to help. She suggested I talk to another dealer. This seems ridiculous that Im not worth their time.

2024-04-14 00:56:14They treated me extremely poorly, Quoted me $663 to fix my clutch. Two days later they called me and are asking me for an Additional $1000.Unbelievable. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going there.Take your money elsewhere.

2024-05-04 01:42:36They dont even care to greet you. No Courtesy what so ever. We browsed for 15 mins but not once any rep came to speak to us they were just busy talking amongst themselves, not even a simple hello, hi or welcome. I am buying a harley but not from here!

2024-02-12 19:02:16Be vigiliant with your personal information here! New owner Rich is shady and out of touch. He will ignore your emails and requests and discriminate against you. Even after receiving full credit applications. Staff will also lie and say they are different employees responding to emails when infact its the owner responding emails. Long story one of his employees dropped the ball, and told me a unit was sold, and then it mysteriously was not. There was no follow up so I assumed they did in fact sell it. Typical bait and switch if they are working a sale and get someone else interested on same motorcycke interested for more $$$. No biggie so I wait....After a month of deciding to wait to see if the new 2024 models would change, which they did I still gave the dealer an opportunity to earn my repeated business. I go into the dealership. Unfortunately its raining, then return again to test ride. On the day of the test ride, a salesman pulls me aside and says whats your problem, the owner is already pissed, doesnt want to do business with you. You have been in here several times and dont purchase anything and waste our time. I have purchased 5 motorcycles in the last three years. I tell him, Im not buying a bike without test riding it, he hesistantly pulls the bikes out, and makes it feel like they are doing me the favor. We do the test ride, come back....do the dance with numbers, they wanted me to pay more for a base color. I truly appreciate the new salesman,Chris he was great. I relayed that to him. I told Chris after speaking with other riders and dealers had I not been treated by the owner the way he did i would have given him my repeated buisness, but its just not ok to treat customers and discrimnate the way he did. I emailed so many times and called and inquired and got Zero response. I submitted personal information and never heard back. He didnt have the courtesy to let me know anything after submitting my personal information.I really wanted to make this place my go to dealer since I ride by everyday to work. But I Will not recommend this new dealer management my club or friends and family. Be very careful with this dealer and your personal info!

2024-04-16 23:35:08Came by for a test ride. Was greeted promptly and was taken on a planned route. Anthony was pleasant and not pushy. I had a loose screw on my bike and they tightened it for me as well.

2024-04-13 18:54:14Horrible communication and will leave you in the dark for MONTHS without a solution to a problem they caused. The only way to hear back from them is by hounding them constantly-otherwise they ignore you. As others have mentioned- they wont refund you, or will short you the amount they owe. Its like pulling teeth trying to get an answer or a solution with them. AVOID.

2023-04-25 22:22:57Had a beer at a bar down the street from their service center on my way through town and came our to a broken clutch lever on my Roadglide. Was able to limp over to the service department and Trevor and John stopped what they were in the middle of found a used lever for me and got me back on the road in time to still make it to my next stop!Which is much more than I can say for the service I got at the sales floor.5 star service! Give these two a raise, they definitely earned a customer today even after the sales department lost one!Will do business here anytime and so should you!
