Cashier yesterday had to be on drugs, it was the slowest worst service I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. I’ve read the owners response on other reviews. No I’m not going to another site to put up a review. You need better trained and more staff especially on the weekend at such a packed location.I put the blame on the owner and whatever staffing manager was on shift

I write this not to speak ill will of the staff, but to hopefully get them some much needed help from Mgt.I walked to this location from our hotel down the street on Saturday morning. Ended up waiting 20 minutes for 2 drinks. There were only 3 people working (all doing their absolute best & not showing an ounce of stress), the garbage was overflowing at only 9:15am, and no one acknowledged they were so behind on orders. They should have paused taking new orders to clear the backlog rather than continually allowing orders & customers to pile in. I hope they get some help!

Probably one of the best starbucks stores in California. The staff is so efficient and extremely friendly. There’s never lines, store is immaculately clean, when you order mobile the drink is always there once you arrive!

I stopped by on a Friday afternoon with my kids not too long ago and had the warmest welcome. It was not too busy. I ordered a pink drink, a mango dragon drink and a venti skinny vanilla latte iced. The person at the register greeted every customer that came in. Before they finished putting my drinks in the register my drinks were ready. I will be visiting this location a lot more. Thank you for the best Starbucks experience in awhile.

Its time for us to stand up and get this inconsistent company out of our community. They operate like its a privilege for us to patronize their location. They are open when they want to and blame it on under staffing. The current district manager has failed this community. I have lived in this community for 15 yrs and this store has never been run so badly. All my Oaks neighbors and Calabasas community lets start going to Coffee Bean across the street or grab our coffee from Corner bakery. Lets show them their arrogance and inconsistent hours are not going to be tolerated. They are closed on a Saturday. One of the busiest times in the common. We need to get them out our community!

Staff in this Starbucks are super arrogant, not sure they understand the concept of service, especially a staff member called Dejley or what ever her name was, i had received a bad experience today, telling me to wear mask in the rude way I came from OC with my friend to have coffee and rude girl ruined my day, I was completely shock by her attitude! Terrible, would recommend she goes on a customer service training, when working in the public eye!

Nice cozy place tucked into the strip mall where I needed to get some water on a rainy day, and the staff were happy to oblige. This was Winter 2019 (pre covid). Store was pretty packed, but thats probably because it was raining and there were tons of people working inside.

On Sunday I asked if I could use the hand sanitizer on the wall as I didnt see any anywhere else. The manager snorlled at me and said in a stern voice thats for the employees only! Theres hand sanitizer outside for the customers. My party of three didnt see any outside. Looks like the bathrooms were blocked off so I could wash my hands there either. Due to COVID-19 Its recommended to clean hands frequently. My friend was waiting outside and he asked if they were crowded, I said not really they just took a long time. My drink was pretty good despite the mean manager.

Friendly and efficient staff. Accidentally gave me a sweet ice tea when I ordered unsweetened. When I asked for a different one they were happy to fix it and apologized for the misunderstanding. :) Wonderful experience overall!

First time at this location. I went on a Tuesday around 5:30-6:30 time frame. After using the restroom first, I let the cashier know, politely, that the bathroom needed some attention (soap dispenser broken (This was the only thing I mentioned)it also, smelled like urine, toilet was soiled on rim and floor needed to be mopped, and, questionable hairs on the toilet seat) he glanced at the girl standing next to him and they both shrugged 😒 There was no warmth or welcome from him or the girl. Our names were never called when the drinks were ready but they called other peoples after us. And, you could clearly see that the floors had not been swept in a while.The guy who took my order was dressed as a girl (white, tight sweater and purple bra straps showing) which is clearly not the standard regulated uniform for Starbucks employees. There was a another guy (employee? Guest? )looking in the fridge to the back of the store, who was dressed entirely in civilian clothes, including a beanie and Justin Beiber bangs-around the food?! Really? Shouldnt his hair have been in a cap or visor? For this location, I expected the standards to be way up. My rating is a: Eh! Which is a zero!

I had a very bad experiance at the one at commons way, los angeles, California. The crew are like they are in army. No smile at all. Just minutes ago, the guy was like kicking me out because I didnt notice someone was ahead of me! So rude. If you dont like your job, leave it. Dont be rude to people that they go for coffee to have some relaxing time. Oh, by the way, the price has gone up for every thing!!!!!!

Terrible. I work for Starbucks myself so I know the standard. I placed my mobile order 15 min before I got there. Just a simple quad iced espresso and a spinach feta with a sriracha packet on the side. Walk in to 4 girls on the floor with no sense of urgency. Laughing, talking and my mobile not done. Its 630a almost no one in the lobby no one in line. You got a girl on warming hair down all over the place...put your hair up girl I dont need hair in my wrap! Thats q health code violation. The store manager oblivious just doing retail. My drink finally done and the girl with attitude says what else are you waiting for. Hmmmm you have DOM check what I have and see whats going on with warming. Fed up I walk over and nicely tell the SM of the situation to which she just says thank you. No apology, nothing. I finally get my wrap and no sriracha on the side and its an older woman barista that goes my bad! Grabs 2 then says here knock yourself out! Are you kidding me? The DM needs to do some walk thrus of this store. This is not a welcoming environment and does not embody Starbucks values. Avoid this location.

Intentionally put my drink at the back of the queue. I have worked for Starbucks for three years. I know there is a queue and a standard to work on two drinks at once. But this is ridiculous. 4 people who came after me left before me with their drinks. Heather, the time is 2:10 on January 27. Check your line roster and you will know which baristas did this.

This place really needs help with their customer service. Not only was i not given a receipt, when i go in, literally five minutes after ive walked out, without my cake pop, the person behind the register claims they do not recall a cake pop order. They need better training, to deal with customers who just order more than a plain coffee. They also had messed up on my coffee, i had asked for a Cascara Latte with an added shot, but instead they give me a single shot venti iced Cascara, basically milk. All in all, my experience at the Calabasas Starbucks was not how i expected, it was terrible.

This Starbucks really learn how to make a drink and also make it right once. The line was modest, considering the location and clientele that visit here. It is in the guts of Calabasas and youll find so many stars in the region.I ordered a quad Triple C, which is considered one of my favorites of the unpublished menu plus it was made to efficiency. As I took the primary sip, my eyes rolled back into la la land. I quickly came to my sensory faculties and took a go searching the store.They use a good selection of whole bean coffees that anyone should buy. You can take them home since they are and grind all of them yourself or the staff is going to be happy to grind it that you should the specifications of your coffee maker and using the filter type you are using.There are various types of Hot and Cold drink vessels that one could purchase too. When you choose to do this, they fill it for you at a discounted price each time you bring it within.The vast selection of edibles is constantly growing and makes it so tempting for getting something since it all looks so excellent. They have cut, plants, sandwiches in the breakfast every day and lunch categories; and even have water or juices to fit your taste buds or health desires.The employees here seem to smile alot. That is a good thing, especially when you find that feeling of being at your office. They have a moderate quantity of seating and free WiFi making it nice to do your check-ins as well as to catch up upon some homework or enterprise emails.This store is actually clean, well stocked and also lit up perfectly regarding visual navigation. Parking is usually a challenge at times but thats nature of the sport.Good job Calabasas Starbucks. We are back.
