The purpose of this post is to commend PROTECH Computer & Internet Services for the outstanding technical support they have provided to me over the last several years. I have a Windows computer at home as well as one in my business in Atascadero. My wife has an I MAC at home along with an Apple I-pad and PROTECH has kept them all running in tip top shape. While we have experienced both hardware failures as well as occasional software issues Mr. Michael Valenzuela and his staff are always prompt to resolve the problem. In additional to their technical expertise they are outstanding communicators as they have an exceptional ability to adjust they conversations so even non technical clients can understand the issues. I was lost in the internet with too much information so I decided to pick up the phone and call the first number I saw. To my surprise, I had the opportunity to speak with Lauren Lekai, who spent time providing me with valuable information so that I can make my sons 21st Birthday a memorable one. I am so impressed with the level of care and attention that I received from her. She broke down my options based on what I wanted to experience. She definitely knows Paso Robles and the venues, activities and wineries that would be suitable for my sons and I. In todays business environment, it is truly a rarity to have a kind person (wonderful attitude) sharing their time and information without any expectation. I bought nothing from Lauren, and yet she treated me like she knew me personally. I am in the customer service/sales industry, and I know that it is because of this kind of above and beyond service that I would even spend the time to write a much deserving review. I see there is a 3-year warranty and 3 years of feee batteries.I really appreciate the service Connect Hearing staff has provided to my uncle, Edward Martinez. As you know, when he returned to Creston Village two weeks ago, after a month combined in the hospital and a rehabilitation facility, he was not hearing, even with the new hearing aids. In addition to that, he returned in the middle of the Covid-19 sequester in place mandates. He had to be quarantined for a two week period.Connect Hearing staff serviced his hearing aids on more than one occasion, and he is now hearing so much better.Your sensitivity and helpful service are very much appreciated, Annette.
