I scored this way because the workers at this location were not only professional but helped me without absolutely everything . Including questions I had about my T-Mobile products . I felt like they wanted to help me and leave happy. Im so lucky to have been in the store when Luis and Trenton were there because they went above and beyond with tips,tricks, and everything you could think of for a perfect visit. I cannot describe how grateful I am for these people who make my experience so worth while and most of the time make my day just brighter. Luis has such a wonderful bright smile and such a gift for costomer service and I hate it when I go in and hes not there!! Trenton on the other hand knows TMobile products like no other . Not only does he seem to know absolutely every answer to everything I ask but he does it with a kind heart and makes it such a absolute pleasure :)

My wife and I needed to replace our old I-phones and decided to try the T-mobile store on Theatre Drive in Paso Robles. The store manager and her sales personal were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Also we were tolled that we were eligible for an internet gateway to replace our Spectrum modem for about half the monthly cost.Special thanks to Jessica, Trenton Ashburn and Luis Gomez who were helped us with our new phones and all the support.Skeeter

I have been having trouble with my bill and nobody understood what I was trying to say about my bill until I went to the T-Mobile store and met with Colton. He knew exactly what I was having trouble with got on the phone fixed the problem . he has excellent customer service. I highly recommend you ask for Colton when you go to the T-Mobile store. Thank you for helping me yesterday. I really appreciate it. I give you five stars.

Best experience I have ever had at a tmobile store actually phone store in general! Eli made it easy and painless got me the best deals had amazing customer service honestly never had a port in of a new number so amazingly easy! Quick! I appreciate you guys highly recommend this store over any other stores!

This store was AWESOME! Trenton stayed with us for 4 hours as my old, very old, phone was updating so it could transfer and organize all data. Trenton was patient and very kind to us! I cant say enough about the kind and patient service we received!

Great People and they actually know what theyre doing. Wont screw you over like other Authorized Retailers will.I recently got terminated and leaving a low star review thats not actually a bad one is the only thing that makes me feel slightly better now.

I ordered a new S23 Ultra 5G and when I got it I brought it to the T-Mobile store on Theatre Dr, in the Target shopping center, and received THE absolute best service from Maria! Sarah and the manager, Phil, were also very helpful and friendly. This is definitely the location that you will want to go to for your T-Mobile products and services!

I was lied to about what plan I would end up with. Then my service was disconnected because they said they were fixing my plan and not to worry. I was lied to about using the phone in Mexico year round. Anything to get you to sign a contract. Now they got you. You are stuck with there phones and you have one that won’t work when time is up in Mexico for that phone. Very disappointed with every manager I talked to in that store. Be aware or what they promise

Colton, Sarah, Eli, Monica, Trenton, and Jessica are outstanding. The friendly welcome, professional service, training and small town frindship are unmatched. I chose to stay with you even after an offer for a free phone. Well worth it.
