Chris at the Verizon store was fantastic. But when I tried to call and talk to Chris. I had to fight the Verizon girl to get her to connect me. I had to yell just connect me. She want to set up an appointment that I didnt need. She finally said she would connect me but left me on hold. That took over 20 min. I hung up and went to the store.

August helped me and my son tremendously. We came in the store with a problem connecting his AirPod Max to his phone. Auguste spent the time to fix the issue and was so kind. Thank you! We will be coming back for sure!

I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again, CHRIS ROCKS!!!! I normally DREAD having to go into Verizon, but he really makes the experience soooooo much better. He’s so helpful. Go see Chris, he’ll take care of you!

I went in on Sunday. Three people ahead of me and only one gal to help and she was worth the wait! Its so nice going in and knowing that there are professionals who know how to get things done. I had several frustrating problems and Hailey handled everything quickly and with a positive attitude. She apologized to the people waiting. She greeted everyone who came into the store while waiting on the current customer. She multi tasked with another customer at the same time. I had to buy her lunch because it was 2:30 and she hadnt taken a break from the customers. She had sold 6 phones that day before I even came in. She is a keeper and I hope the management recognizes her talent. She is the BOMB!! Thanks Hailey!!!

The only surprise was that apple changed their charging ports necesitating the purchase of unexpected accessories. Staff member was understanding and well trained in pointing out the positives.

Amazing experience at Verizon today! Both Ricardo and Haley were so kind, knowledgeable, helpful. When you go into a store with a challenge and you leave feeling heard and with a smile on your face, that’s always such a good feeling. It’s the kind of thing that makes you want to go back! Another phone case or upgrade in my future?? With service like this, it will make the decision so much easier!! 😄

Dont come here.I came in to just get a case and they wanted me to wait in line (2 phone activations = long process) with only one person working.She didnt even acknowledge us when we walked in the door to let us know there would be a wait...I asked if we could just pay for the case and leave. She said the other person has been waiting a while. He was kind enough to let me go ahead of him and then he got tired of waiting and left.

I had FOUR separate interactions with the staff at this store and each time was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. Multiple staff members there are unaware of Verizon policies as I received various promises from separate individuals that contradicted each other. Their communication via phone and in-person were misleading and unclear. If you plan on visiting this store, go on knowing what YOU want and be prepared to stand up for yourself as they will try and run any scam deal they can through you.

I cant say enough good things about the reps at the Victra store in Paso Robles. They were not only courteous, responsive, helpful, and knowledgable, but super cool the chat with while I waited for my new phone to clone (which they took care of for me). They applied and cured the liquid screen protector for me and hooked me up with a free case for my new Note 20 Ultra. Being from Oregon, it felt awesome to be taken care of so well in another state. Bomb store. Do your Verizon business here.

Im very pleased with the service I receive at my local Verizon store. My sometimes silly questions are met with patience, & a smile. One day a particularly difficult customer came in, & really was rude to the employees. She still was treated politely...

They helped my parents figure out why their phone wasnt porting over. However, the manager was blatantly rude to her employees in front of customers. Her employees were very nice. Maybe if a new manager who was nicer to both employees and customers was in charge the experience would have been more pleasant.

Just beware that this is not a Verizon store it’s a third party that sells Verizon products and services. I was offered a discount on iPhone 12’s for switching from T-Mobile to Verizon. I did not receive the discount. Calling the store is impossible because you just navigate through recordings. Going into the store is the only way to communicate with them. Then you run into the runaround where the store says they aren’t Verizon and that you have to call Verizon directly to get help. I’ll save you 35 minutes on hold to tell you that Verizon can’t do anything and you have to contact the store for any resolution. I can’t wait for my 2 year enslavement to be over, I’m going back to T-Mobile.

Excellent and friendly service at the Paso Robles Verizon store. Eduardo applied epoxy coating to protect the screen and camera lenses on my brand new Samsung Galaxy. He was super helpful.

Ordered a new phone. Was not offered the deal... then went to pick it up and was told that I had to purchase a bundle in order to purchase a phone, that I could not get JUST a phone. I got an email from Verizon directly trying to sell me a buy one get one. On the phone I just ordered with a free bundle.This location is scamming people since there us more mark up in accessories.So not cool.

Beware! This is NOT a Verizon store. Its a franchise and they dont honor Verizon policies.Im a single Mom with a special needs child with health issues. Two weeks ago my Android wouldnt hold a charge. I went to this store. I couldnt call or receive calls from my sons nurse when they were away from the school.Rene said it would take 4-5 days to replace my phone. He said that if I wanted a working phone that day, I had to buy one. So I got a cheap Samsung. Then Rene said it comes with a free tablet. What he didnt say was that I needed a phone line for the tablet. He assigned a phone number and charged me for it, without telling me about another monthly charge. Ive never used a tablet with a phone line.So Im still paying for a non-working Android, had to buy a new phone, get a free tablet and I have to pay for the phone line for the tablet.Then my phone does hold a charge, I go back to return the Samsung, and Im told by the manager Joanna, that I cant return them. Im a day late.My first time there was on Thursday 10/26. I go back on Thursday 11/9, but store manager Joanna says thats 15 days, not 14. So Im stuck paying for things I dont need and dont want.

Well, I brought in my dead jetpack. The only thing they did was see if the problem was my charger. It wasnt. They couldnt find out if it was under warranty. They werent willing to do anything for me. They told me to call customer service.

Been with verizon almost 10 years, Worst verizon store, ever walked into. Put the wrong cover on my phone then said they were out of the right one and to come back in, came back in twice, still didnt have it. Walked in again and now they have it but are refusing to replace it.
