Was a little anxious to get a new phone, my past experiences have been a tad stressful and tedious. And I’m just not very good at using electronics. But wow Robert and really the whole team there were amazing. They were so knowledgeable, made sure I got all the promotions and understood everything before I left. It was the most seamless transfer I have experienced. So thank you!

Came in to get a new phone and switch to this T-mobile network. Ethan and Seth were super helpful with getting me set up. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Came in the next day to finish up some more stuff and Ethan and Tim were there to help me out. Definitely recommend this store and network!

My husband and I recently decided to switch to T-Mobile after over 20 years of service with another carrier. From the moment we walked in to the T-Mobile building we were completely taken care of! Kind caring associates!! Our bill dropped significantly while our cellular and internet service excelled! Bummed we didn’t make the switch sooner! Highly recommend visiting this facility!

Went in to switch carriers and was helped by Ethan and Seth. They were awesome and have great customer service. I went back to button up a couple of thing and Tim and Destiny were the ones who helped me out. They were also great.
