I have taken my mother to Costco for hearing aids as well as purchased so many different types of cheaper styles. Nothing works for her. However, Renee and Jess have made all the difference in the world. They take a personal interest in her success and with continued follow up she has already shown improvement. Awful experience! What should’ve been an exciting time to learn about these hearing aids, ended up being an awful and dreadful experience. My father went in with questions about his hearing aids. Rene made it really uncomfortable from the minute we walked in to me just getting up and walking out. Rene made it very stressful to ask any questions. Long story short my father doesn’t want to go back to this office due to not feeling listened to, when he complained about an echo that was bothering him. Left with questions unanswered nor wanting to ask any due to not feeling comfortable. We will be going to the Grover beach office for now on. Rene was very unprofessional!My father went to the Grover Beach one, and absolutely loves it! The front office lady was amazing the hearing specialist so easy to talk to answered all my father’s questions and taught him how to even clean his hearing aids. My father said the hearing specialist in Grover Beach made him feel like a real person. She was sweet kind and full of information. Definitely recommend Grover Beach connect hearing. Still would never go back to Paso Robles Connect Hearing as long as Rene is there.

Rene was GREAT. Very friendly, knowledgeable, informative and helpful when it came to selecting the right hearing aid that provided the best choice for our needs. And she never tried to push us to a higher priced item. In fact she listened to what we had to say regarding our lifestyle and helped us select a less expensive one while giving us the best bang for the buck!We highly recommend Rene at Connect Hearing in Paso Robles.

Oh my goodness, I cannot say enough wonderful things about Rene and Connect Hearing. She is the most knowledgeable and friendly professional person I have ever met. She takes all the time necessary to explain your hearing process, the inner ear, and how it all works. She is genuinely concerned and interested in your hearing needs. She had so much patience with my 93 year old dad ( who already had hearing aids) and got him on the right track to making them working properly. I highly recommend Rene at the Paso Robles office. She is a gem!!

Great experience..My moms hearing was limited with her existing hearing aids. Rene did a great of testing, explaining and providing a great solution to better hearing for my mom. Plus, they worked with her insurance and provided a reduced cost.

They went over and beyond to help my mother, who lost one of her hearing aids. Jessica was very friendly and was able to fit us in for an appointment. Rene was so helpful with money saving suggestions. My mother had lost one of her hearing aids and was visiting me for a few weeks since my sister and I share time caring for her. Since she is almost deaf she really needs her hearing aids to hear anything.

Im not sure what the doctors name is but she’s a total sweetheart & very compassionate towards her patients! I brought my grandma here to get hearing aids and even with a language barrier between them she took the time to explain to her by demonstrating how her new device works instead of just relying on me to translate! I brought baby with me who was fuzzy and she was very understanding and got her job done as if nothing was going on, I really appreciate her doing everything for my grandma and helping her out the most she could, thank you! ❤️

They are highly professional. Have taken great care of my needs and did not try to oversell me. But set me up with a really great set of hearing aids didn’t really improve my life. And the follow up with them is really incredible and and really listens to your needs and concerns. I am highly recommending to people I know / even people I don’t know and family.

Rene is knowledgeable, she has assisted me in obtaining a new set of hearing aids through Workmans Compensation after a previous Head and Neck, and an Audiologist had incorrectly indicated I could only get by with a set of Cross Hearing Aids. As everyone knows, its Amazing! to be able to hear again.

Avoid this provider at all cost. Unprofessional and non responsive to clients. Provider was behind for more than 45 minutes! When I made the appointment I specifically informed the receptionist that I had to be out at a certain tine. I arrived 15 minutes early, but after 45 minutes of waiting, I was then informed that it would be another hour before the audiologist could see me. I understand the provider being a few minutes late, it happens, but this was just too much. Absolutely no respect--and care--for clients time. You are selling health care, but also customer care. Stay away from Connect Hearing in Paso Robles.

Just had another great experience at the Paso Robles Office. I called in with a hearing aid problem and Christian was very quick to squeeze me in with in 1/2 Hr. Once I arrived Connie took care of the issue in about 10 minutes or less and I was on my way. You can not beat the level of service provided by those at the Paso Robles Office. These Ladies set the bar for great customer service. Thanks

I have spoken to Peter several times about my hearing problems. He has always been very professional and in the end concluded I am not quite ready for a hearing aid. He could have sold me one and I would have bought it but being a high level professional he didnt sell me something I dont need yet. His office is efficient and its a true pleasure to have become acquainted with North County Hearing Aid! I highly recommend North County Hearing Aid!

We are traveling and I had an issue with my hearing aid. It had a clog and I couldn’t get it out. I dropped y this lovely place and a very helpful women at the front desk got it working for me even they don’t carry my particular hearing aid. Customer service at its best!

I am a 55 year old sales professional. I have (had) been suffering from a gradual loss of hearing for many years. I was in radio broadcasting for 8 years and I am certain I damaged my hearing from wearing head phones (way to loud). Forget conversations in loud places. Background noise made it impossible to have a conversation. Conversations with my wife were me repeatedly asking what?, Huh, Pardon. It was frustrating (for both of us). I admit, I went way too long to do something about it. I finally read a great article in Consumer Reports about hearing loss and hearing aids. They recommend Connect Hearing as their #1 choice! Costco came in a close 2nd. However, this place is so more personal and private (than the later). Park right up front and walk right in. No crowds. Just a friendly receptionist named Diane. Greeted kindly and filled out a minimal amount of paperwork. We (my wife and I) were introduced to Kristin Dennis. Very professional and kind. I was put through several different hearing tests. This determined not only the amount of loss of hearing, the range in which I was most affected and how it can differ from each ear. This was a Wednesday. I selected a hearing aid that I felt comfortable with and she said she would have a pair for me to try on Friday. Each programmed for the right and left ear. On Friday, I came back and tried them on. The improvement was immediate and amazing. Needless to say I purchased a pair of the Phonak B-10. Very small fits behind each ear (virtually invisible). Small clear tube inserts into your ear canal. I bought a pair that requires batteries (last about 5 days). They provide you with 3 years of batteries for free. Very easy to install and the hearing aid itself is very easy to put on. I take my off at night. I realize there has been a stigma for hearing aids. I now realize that they are as important as my reading glasses (maybe more so). I have had to ask my wife to repeat herself maybe 2 or 3 times since I got them (I do get highly concentrated on things some times and probably was tuned out). They have made a tremendous difference in my life thus far. This Friday will be one week and they will make some adjustments as they only start you off at 80% of their maximum power. We used CareCredit to finance (18 months 0 interest). I am so glad I finally swallowed my pride and did this. If you saw me in public you would probably never notice the tiny hearing aid tucked behind my ear. By the way, I am a sales professional and I hate high pressure sales people. I never felt the slightest bit pressured to buy anything. I was just given the facts and options and this visit was FREE. What are you waiting for? You have nothing to lose and much to gain. Very through initial exam - over an hour. Now I have loaners to try free for 2 weeks, with weekly adjustments. This may seem excessive, but you want them to hear exactly. These new ones are smaller and lighter, thus more comfortable than my old ones.

I see there is a 3-year warranty and 3 years of feee batteries.I really appreciate the service Connect Hearing staff has provided to my uncle, Edward Martinez. As you know, when he returned to Creston Village two weeks ago, after a month combined in the hospital and a rehabilitation facility, he was not hearing, even with the new hearing aids. In addition to that, he returned in the middle of the Covid-19 sequester in place mandates. He had to be quarantined for a two week period.Connect Hearing staff serviced his hearing aids on more than one occasion, and he is now hearing so much better.Your sensitivity and helpful service are very much appreciated, Annette.
