Mr. Derek Washington, Manager, & his Xfinity team at the Napa store have always been friendly, courteous and professional. My experiences there has always been pleasant. The Xfinity Napa Team deserves 5⭐s.Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the customer service I receive when I have to contact them at their 1-800-xfinity Comcast phone line. Xfinity phone customer service has INADEQUATELY trained representatives (CONSTANTLY providing INACCURATE & INCONSISTENT information/advice). They desperately require proper customer service training ASAP. It PAINS ME when I MUST call them for customer service phone assistance. They are INCOMPETENT. If I could, I would score them negative - 0⭐s. ?LESSON LEARNED-Whether you agree to NEW cable, internet and/or mobile services, ALWAYS DEMAND that Comcast-Xfinity IMMEDIATELY email you a HARD COPY of YOUR CONTRACT(S). If they dont, CANCEL your NEW service contract IMMEDIATELY & find a DIFFERENT PROVIDER.
