Stayed here for a conference. Very nice property for either a business or personal event. I havent been to a Renaissance resort property (just the hotel locations), so dont have a benchmark but it seemed nice. A little minimalist in aesthetic, but apparently theyll be turning it into an Autograph Collection soon so it may get further upgrades/personality. Well located and super convenient shuttle to downtown Sonoma.They do charge a resort fee but at least you get a wine tasting for it :)I actually stayed in both a cottage room (they have a number of multi unit buildings on the property with larger rooms, peaked roofs, fireplaces, etc), and thanks to a cancelled flight, a regular two-queen room in one of the main buildings. Both were nice, clean, comfortable.Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, and thank you Megan (Meghan?) at the front desk both for your excellent service, and also rescuing us with your last two rooms after our flights got cancelled.

I had a wonderful experience at Office Depot. My husband and I were purchasing a computer which can be a frustrating and daunting task, which was made very easy with the assistance of Sahil, a Technology Specialist.When we were purchasing programs for our computer we had already had items in mind and he was able to guide us to a more affordable and better product as well.We walked out spending money we didnt want have to spend due to our old computer crashing BUT Shail and his colleagues truly made us feel like we walked about getting a good product for our money.I failed to mention it was Black Friday fairly and busy in there and still received great service. Well DONE!

I have done business with this specific UPS Store for the last several years including a subscription to one of their medium business mail boxes. I also use their shipping services. I have been very happy with their service, particularly that of Ryan, the store manager and Andrew one of the clerks. Ryan is customer service oriented and uses his initiative and knowledge of the business and their services to help me cut unnecessary costs, increase my business efficiency and in my quest for increasingly professional services. Andrew is also service oriented and like, Ryan, goes above and beyond to support their customers.In reading through some of the prior reviews, I was surprised to see some of the less flattering reviews but it is clear that not all the complaints can be attributed to the UPS store or their employees. When you are dealing with multiple shipping vendors with a high volume of mail and packages, there are bound to be some glitches. In the case of this UPS store that sure seems to be more the exception than the rule. I just renewed my mailbox at the store because of the professional service.
