I used to avoid this place because the lines were long and when you finally got to the counter, the staff seemed indifferent. Now, its my go to. The lines move and the staff is really nice.

My wife and I have had a mailbox at this UPS store for almost 2 years now. We are always greeted by very friendly associates every time either of us walk in the door. Most of the time we are greeted by name. It is always a great experience anytime we have to collect our mail as we are always asked if we can be helped with anything at all. The manager Ryan is probably one of the nicest people Ive ever spoken to and he is always on top of things. From giving us a call to let us know our box is a little full to giving us a heads up about our box renewal coming up. Ryan is extremely professional and one of the best customer facing personalities you ever want to engage with. All in all, the people at the store make the experience what it is and Ive enjoyed it! Thank you UPS Store and Ryan for always going above and beyond for us!

Most employees are kind, but the lead/ manager is not. I live 45 minutes from this UPS Store—it’s the closest to me—and had an Amazon return issue that required me to need the UPS Store to print the label. Instead of providing that service (which other stores have done for me—namely UPS Store 2392 in Rohnert Park and Amazon Customer Service said they would do), I was charged.

We have been doing business with the UPS Store for many years, we have a mailbox there, so I am checking it constantly.. Through the years I have used the majority of options that this store has to offer.I have been very pleased with the manager Ryan, he always greets me with a smile and helps when needed. Not to mention he is a notary and always makes the process so easy. 5 stars across the board!!!

I have done business with this specific UPS Store for the last several years including a subscription to one of their medium business mail boxes. I also use their shipping services. I have been very happy with their service, particularly that of Ryan, the store manager and Andrew one of the clerks. Ryan is customer service oriented and uses his initiative and knowledge of the business and their services to help me cut unnecessary costs, increase my business efficiency and in my quest for increasingly professional services. Andrew is also service oriented and like, Ryan, goes above and beyond to support their customers.In reading through some of the prior reviews, I was surprised to see some of the less flattering reviews but it is clear that not all the complaints can be attributed to the UPS store or their employees. When you are dealing with multiple shipping vendors with a high volume of mail and packages, there are bound to be some glitches. In the case of this UPS store that sure seems to be more the exception than the rule. I just renewed my mailbox at the store because of the professional service.

Andrew and Ryan are the absolute best!!! I use this UPS store frequently and could go on and on with positive feedback. I dont know what I would do without Ryan. He always says hello and greets me by name. Most importantly, as a new mom, it is extremely helpful during rainy days that Ryan offers to assist me out to my car to make everything easier. Now THAT is customer service!! Thank you guys so much!

We rent a box here for our small business, and also recommend this location for our clients. Ryan, the manager, is always available to lend a helping hand. As one of the on staff notaries public, I also recommend this location for notary services, something that can be tough to find.The other staff members always present a happy face and good customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend this business for mail, print, shipping/logistics, or other UPS services.

Worst passive aggressive customer service here today and I’ve always had a great experience at this location. The employee Didn’t say anything to me when I walked into the store, then just stared at me when I got to the counter. As soon as I turned around after being handed my receipt he started muttering things under his breath and threw the package I left onto the other counter. I turned around as I was walking out and he had his back to me still muttering things under his breath. Please employ people who understand the value of customer service.

Do not ship anything or do any business with this store. They have unscrupulous business practices. I needed a certified letter shipped with next day service. It was a Friday afternoon and I was told I would have to pay 195 dollars because it would be delivered Saturday and that is the weekend charge. They did not deliver the letter until Monday. Their excuse was the business was closed. The business is a hospital. When alerted to this fact, the next excuse was that the business refused delivery. If it was closed, how can they refuse delivery. The letter was time sensitive and required delivery the next day. I will never mail a package with UPS ever again. I was placed on hold for 1 hour and transferred from department to department to resolve this issue to no avail. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MONEY STOLEN. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

Ryan at the UPS Store in Napa has been very helpful in offering me information on what is the best way to ship things. Hes quick with information and very knowledgeable in his job. If I run into a problem, hes usually got the solution. Customer service is his number one priority, unlike MOST of corporate America. I hope his supervisor realizes what an asset he is to the store!

Excellent customer service! Ryan, the manager, was very apologetic for the fax machine being out of order for my second visit in a row, so he faxed my documents from his phone for me and waived the entire bill. He also gave us a few pens to take home and an email address in case we needed a rush print job. Thats five star service, in my book!

I love this store! As a stay home mom I dont have time to go shopping for clothes at multiple stores. I use Amazon prime to have clothes and shoes mailed to me and mail back what doesnt fit or what I didnt like. Amazon prime makes my life easy by free shipping and this UPS store makes my free returns the most pleasant experience I could ask for! I dont have a printer at home so I always email them copy of my return labels and they always have them ready for me. Yesterday was Presidents Day and I assumed that they were closed but they were not. I did email them my return labels the night before. Although I didnt come in they did not throw them away at the end of the day. I have actually received a call from Ryan, the store manager, asking if I still needed them. What an awesome curtesy on their behalf!

This is my favorite place to ship items. I do a lot of shipping for business purposes and this UPS store handles all my needs. The service is extremely quick and all the employees have a great attitude. If you need a label for a package and you dont have a printer theyll print one for you, and if you email it ahead of time itll be ready for you when you get there. Thanks to all the employees who work there!

When I first needed a mailbox, I first looked into the post office and considered it for the cheaper cost. The long lines and crowds were a turn-off so i decided to try UPS for 3 or 6 months first. Ive been a customer now for about 2.5 to 3 years now and just renewed for another year. The main guy, Ryan, is always extremely helpful and take care of any package I send or receive. I even get a call when I get mail in so I dont have to stop by every day to check my empty box. A long as these guys keep doing what they do, Ill continue to keep doing business with them. Highly recommended.

I love coming to this place! I always get greeted with great customer service and treated like a customer is suppose to be treated. Staff here is awesome, Ryan helped me and got me in and out in no time. He answered all my questions and he took great care of my package. Dont waste your time with FedEx, those guys gave me the run around and they couldnt answer my questions at all. I got over charged and my package never made it in time. I can always count on UPS to satify my needs. All the staff there is awesome and thank you guys for your hard work.

I frequently come to this store for labeling and mailing business. On a recent visit I noticed the shelf’s not stocked and the place looked unkempt. At the counter we younger kids that could barely make eye contact let alone assist me properly. When I’d been in before I received excellent customer services from Ryan . He wasn’t there my last visit and was told he was no longer with the company. This make me sad in an age of customer services Ryan hit it out the park . I found this last visit to be unsatisfactory with a lack of professionalism . I can only hope this improves as I’m taking my business elsewhere.

If this store could get ZERO stars, thats what it deserves. Today, after calling yesterday to confirm that they have notary services and that notary services would be available today, I went to the store at 3pm after a long drive from Novato. I was told the guy who provides notary services was there but that he had forgotten his book so couldnt notarize my form. I explained that I had called the day before to confirm that hed be there and able to notarize my document, and they showed zero interest in me, and refused to give me the name of the manager of the store. I then had to go in horrific commute traffic to the other Napa UPS store on Solano, where they took good care of me. The UPS Store on School Street NAPA is an utter disaster of misinformation and lack of customer service.

Paid over $50 for a package and they lost it.They said it was delivered but I was home that whole week and there was no packages from them at all.Tried to fill a claim but they don’t allow me because it was “delivered” there’s no pictures to prove delivery.Lost my money and my package which was special to me. Talk about an amazing UPS store! They went above and beyond to help me; they printed my shipping labels via email and taped my boxes. This may not sound like a big deal, but other stores Ive been to have charged me for using computers to print labels and even tape boxes. Not here, they take care of you!

Allow me to give this place a negative review. I have had this PO box in Napa for a few years. I am in Los Angeles. I receive notification my bill is due. Fine. I go to call it in.Confirm I have the right UPS store up there and the girl says we used to located there. WHAT??!!!She explained they moved the store and would have someone contact me. A guy named Scott calls me. I asked him why is this the first I have hear of this? Why I havent received notification is beyond me. Well, we left a notice in your box. I said what about sending an email?His response? He said I dont know. I told him I am in Los Angeles.He says I dont know your travel schedule, lady.... First off, if this was my employee, Id fire him.I asked him for the owner. Manager very rude ... drop of a phone case and told me that I needed to go next door since they cant give me a confirmation receipt... ( with a bad attitude) I go once a month there to return Amazon stuff and was never told that... i normally get my credit right away.... this time I havent.
