Ive been coming to this FedEx location weekly for years. The staff in there have always been helpful and courteous, but especially now, the guys in there are professional and always willing to lend a hand or assist, or help get packages out before the 5pm deadline. I decided to write this review after reading some of the other reviews (negative)--far from my experience. Im in there a lot so I see how others are treated as well. Theres another FedEx dropoff closer to where I live, but I go here because I know I can count on them.

Very odd staff. For years...decades? I have worked in Fed Ex Office (previously Kinkos) to leisurely work. Of course, I purchase items during the stay. This location, however had a problem with that practice and I was asked to leave.

This FedEx is the BEST location in SD! Tim is always professional and helpful, and All the staff is really helpful and friendly. I drive an extra couple miles for this location, because its clean in here, and the staff is kind and has good vibes !

This location sucks the lady with the pink hair gave me attitude because I was upset when a package that was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago wasnt delivered because the driver lied about making an attempt 2 times and never left a door tag. I checked my ring camera and no one ever came to the door when they said they tried to deliver the package on both days that person is a liar and lazy. I made a compliant to the company I ordered from. Fed Ex used to be a good company but its gone down hill in the last 7 yrs thats why I dont use them.

I needed a job done quickly and was so blown away by how well the job was done in a pickle. We will for sure bring future print jobs to this store. Their m staff was super communicative and friendly. We’re so grateful.

Horrible experience today I dont know what happened to customer service at this location in the last 5 yrs but a chunky Latina lady with pink hair (looked funny on her for her age} was snipy with me and was no help. Instead of helping locate where my package was she gave me attituded when I made a comment about how lazy the delivery drive was because he never came to my house and for the last two days he lied and said that he did well I have a Ring camera that says otherwise. She shouldnt be working in customer service and because of this I wont be going to this location if I have to pick up a package. I own two businesses and if my employee acted this way to my customers I would have fired her.

I am temporarily living near this location. It is a great spot to get work done. Staff is always friendly. They have hired so the staffing challenges are gone.

Over the last 5 years of coming to this Fedex store on a monthly basis, if you would have told me I would have had the experience I had today, I would not have believed you. 2 months ago I moved house. I had a delivery come that needed a signature and the driver didnt give enough time to come to the door. So I redirected the package to the nearest Fedex store where I should be known by now - I pick up orders there all the time with the same photo ID. So, I get notification today that my package is there and receive a call to confirm. I didnt listen to the voice message because I do this all the time, I know why the manager is calling. So I arrive and provide the ID and it has my old address on it. Im then asked for a utility bill, so I said to them, I dont have one I go paperless with all my bills. I had proof they had called me, multiple IDs proving my identity, an iPhone with multiple FedEx texts and emails proving that the box belonged to me and a receipt of the online purchase from the retailer in my name with the correct address along with many other items on my phone that linked me to the name and address on the box. But no, I needed a hard copy utility bill. So it came down to a negotiation to try and get my box, it was finally agreed that if I went home and brought back my laptop and could prove that I pay utility bills online for the house I live in, then, they might allow me to have my box. This is far too rigid security for a delivery and their policy needs to be changed - it is archaic and not customer service oriented. I have sent so many people to that place and done business myself with both of the people in there today and yet they chose not to recognize me, nor accept the variety of options that proved my identity and my address. Its just not good enough, theyve lost my business and Im going to ensure to refer people elsewhere going forward. Luckily, I found my recently received car registration and was able to rescue my purchase, but I was left stressed out, disrespected and in tears. I was half worried Id have to report it as stolen by Fedex to the police station across the street and even then I doubt they would have cared.

Always cheerful and willing to help, whether shipping, printing/copying, or just what is the best item needed.Never had a problem here in 20 years.Love it is in the same center as Starbucks and Subway... as well as the trolly station.Highly recommended.

I dropped off documents to be scanned and turned into PDFs, was told they would call when the work was done. Went back to my office to await the call.......never happened. I followed up and was told it would be the next day around noon. Needed the work today and was not told of the long delay in delivering.
