My mother had Comcast under her name. she canceled it. Back in February Because she was getting different. dates for her bill to be paid when she never changed it And Never.Gave permission for it to be changed.and rising bills every month. She was with Comcast for over 40 years. She was very disappointed that she had to leave them because of dishonesty. And her billing. And now, as her son, I openedan account. And then all the same thing is happening to me. As a quick example I paid my bill Always on the 1st of the month, because I get paid then. But then last month in April they changed my billing to may 28th without telling me. I paid that bill for the 28th.Then the following months for June 23rd With my billing should have been all the first They wont do nothing about it. I have to pay the bill by the 23rd of June or settle with a late fee, but I do not deserve. Thanks comcast for being so honest with a disabled person 🤔

Came in with a billing question after getting no answers from the automated system. Had an awful experience with Michael, who either doesnt understand Xfinity billing cycles or doesnt like old ladies. He couldnt grasp my issue, called me difficult, and finally walked away, saying that he wasnt going to listen to me anymore! Ive never had a customer rep do that to me at any business, and Im 78 years old. I wasnt angry when I came in, just concerned about my account, and I felt worse when I left. Theres no reason to insult or abuse elderly customers, no matter how annoying you may find us. Store was empty, by the way, so there was no reason to rush me. Rashad tried to smooth things over but I will avoid coming here in the future. I can get better service in Vallejo.

My experience with this store was wonderful! Not only did I quickly get help with what I needed, but I also received top of the line customer service from Arlay B. He went above and beyond with answering all my questions and encouraging me to utilize services from Xfinity that would work well for me. I felt like he was really looking out for me as a new customer to Xfinity and it makes me want to go back and visit soon to switch my cellular service too. Thank you Arlay (you enhanced my day!), and Xfinity!

My wife and I had a very positive experience Sunday with Julius. He is not only seriously competent but a great person. He was so patient and gave kept us informed as we replaced our two old cell phones. He explained everything twice if we needed it. Everything is now finished and we are completely satisfied. We need more people like Julius in this world and more Xfinity dealers like the Napa store.

I took my new iphone in to the Napa store today and a nice young gentleman named Damian helped me get it all set up, and knew the answers to all my questions, plus gave me a lot of helpful hints. He was great! I highly recommend him.

I can’t believe a company of this size and you pay so much money for does not have a phone number to speak to a human in the billing department.. The most frustrating useless thing is to talk to the robot.. god help us

My husband & I went to Xfinity in Napa with a very long & complicated transaction that needed to be addressed with my phone thru Xfinity Mobile.When my name was called, the agent we met was DeNaya. She was still in semi-training but had the patience & perseverance to take on this long & arduous transaction. DeNaya was more than happy to also learn some new things along the way with all that had to be done. Assisting her along the way, was the manager, Rashad, who was always attentive & mindful that this transaction was going to be completed to my satisfaction but let DeNaya learn also. I really can’t begin to tell you how good this Xfinity store is - but we all know it starts with management. Rashad is probably the best manager I’ve ever been around. As I sat there, I noticed how professional he was with all the customers who came & went. We all know that the general public at times aren’t the easiest, but despite that, Rashad had the patience & expertise to handle ANY situation. I also want to mention that ALL the agents in the Napa store are great.I observed each & every one of them & they do an amazing job.Rashad & his team go above & beyond

This branch is a joke. Employees are talking in their personal cell phone while you try to ask a question. They make you feel like you are asking for a favor, horrible customer services. Chose a different branch to get service

This company is a joke & should be sued. They sell mobile with annual upgrades on devices, for a monthly fee. What a joke! When the time comes theyll tell you the only way to get that phone is by adding an unwanted/needing new line. The store claims they get no & have no new phones. They will not ship a new phone to local stores or your home. This company is so fake & I have the webchat.

I had an excellent experience today at the Napa XFINITY store with Khayree Mitchell. I went into the store today to discuss with an in-person agent about how to best lower my monthly bill. Khayree asked me all the right questions to better understand how I use Comcast and in so doing he was able to find me a package that better suited my needs and he successfully lowered my monthly bill. Thank you very much, Khayree. You are excellent at your job and I very much appreciate your extraordinary customer service. Bravo! 👏🏼
