05.25.24 Saturday Morning 9:00 am call for service .I had a clogged toilet in my one bathroom house that plunging did not fix.I called for service at 9:00 while leaving a voicemail I got a call back. Very professional, polite and kind on the phone .Service was at my house in less than a 1/2 hour . The two service techs were professional, polite, and very efficient . The problem was fixed and service complete before 9:50 am !Highly recommend!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Thank you for your amazing service !

A & S plumbing responded very quickly to our needs. It was closing time, but they showed up and did an excellent job. They were kind, professional and were able to fix the problem quickly. The plumber who came was professional, great personality and my sister said he explained what he was doing so she understood. He cleaned everything up and left it beautiful.And they didn’t over charge us.This is a wonderful business.

Today, A & S came out and helped my sink run with flowing water again as well as they ignited my water heater, which I was having trouble igniting. They didnt charge anything, although they did leave a quote for replacing my sink, which might need to be done in the future. I appreciate their honesty, their help, no matter how big or small the issue is, and recommend them to anybody who needs a trustful and reliable plumbing service.

I called this morning as our water backed up in the master bath. Armando came out ASAP and fixed the issue. Great people to work with, great service and they are very informative and knowledgeable. A pipe burst in my well house and I was desperate to get somebody to fix it asap because the well house was getting flooded. I called a few local plumbers but only A&S Plumbing was able to send someone over in 10 minutes! They had a plumber working on another project in my neighborhood and because I had an emergency, the very nice dispatcher send him over to my place and he fixed the pipe on the spot, and even removed the water from the floor with a shop vac. Amazing service, reasonable price and I really appreciate that they’re willing to respond on a moment’s notice. Overall, this is the best experience I’ve had with a plumbing company in Napa, I’ll always use them for all plumbing jobs.

Danny did a great job. Came out a soon as he could. Identified and repaired the problem right away. He had everything he needed on his truck. Their communication system is great. Good work but overpriced. He replaced the valve in the shower and was done in 40 minutes. The cost was $340 (the part was $70 of that). I should have asked when I called what the minimum charge was so that was my mistake but $270 is steep.

They both helped to explain what was going on so I could make the right decision on how to proceed with my drainage problem and how to prevent it from happening in the future. I was out of town when I got the 6:55am call from the tenant that the handle broke off the hot water in the shower and she couldnt turn off the water. I contacted Armando and within 15 minutes I had a response and service. He even went to get the part in Walnut Creek so it could be fixed the same day. After trying to get several plumbers just to show up for an estimate, I got lucky and saw the companys truck in my town and called the number on the van. The office called me back promptly and within 15 minutes, Armando followed me to my house to estimate my job. Within two days it was scheduled, but since it was to rain on that Saturday, Maria offered to send a guy out on Sunday. Easter Sunday! Charged me for a 15 minute inspection for an outside leak in my patio. I was told they couldn’t find leak. I might suggest for those that don’t have internet access that you advise potential customers of your $250 call-out fee. Also, request an invoice before paying. I had to chase this.
