I came into the store seeking help with a phone for my daughter. There was an issue with the activation that we could not resolve at another store earlier in the week because they were closing when we arrived. We were in the area for Father’s Day and swung by because they were open later on a Sunday.Hannah stood up and approached us right away. I could tell she knows her stuff because she said that the phone’s EMEI and the SIM card did not match. After about ten minutes the phone was activated and my daughter felt relieved to finally have signal.I recommend this store because it has ample space and you don’t feel cramped like at other stores. It’s easy to get to, off highway 29. The parking is plenty also. But most importantly I recommend Hannah for her expertise, knowledge, professional and cool demeanor.

Monica helped myself, my mom and my husband yesterday with setting up new phones with a family plan. she was so delightful to work with and so expert with her knowledge of cell technology and gave us such a lovely experience!! The guy working there signed me up for all sorts of extra perks without asking...now I am on the phone with Verizon trying to get all these ridiculous charges off of my account. He also set up my device without telling me that he would be charging me a set up fee. What a crook. He should be fired.

I came here to try and return a phone I ordered online through the verizon website. The representative onsite was not very helpful at all. He redirected me to drive to another facility to another facility. I was eventually able to return the phone and get a credit through the 800 customer service number. However, they billed me for a full month of service even though I never activated the service and returned the phone well within the 30-day money back guarantee offered. When I called customer service back about this, they assured me they would credit the charge and not have to worry about this any longer. That turned out to be lies and fabrications! They ended up charging my card on file. I will never use their products or service again.

Shout out to Matthew for making my experience phenomenal! This isnt just a Verizon store. This is Soo much more. The fast friendly service, guided by completely knowledgeable local people makes the experience feel more like long time friends sitting across the table from you giving you quality advice on how to make your dollar last a little longer. This is a brand new store carrying all of your Verizon needs. Its super clean store, everything is in working order. They take cash and cards.I was met at the door and I immediately felt so welcomed. All of my questions and concerns were appropriately addressed in a kind and caring manner. Also its great for people who have their children with them. One of the young men who worked there even allowed my child to watch Netflix on his phone so we could go over some of the new and exciting changes to my plan! I thought that was super amazing of him! If I could give ten stars I would!

I went in to buy a new phone and was charged $150 for accessories I didn’t ask for. When I asked why the out the door price was so much higher than buying online from Verizon, Vanessa told me that it’s just different in the store but the overall BBC it’s would be the same. When she started grabbing accessories I didn’t ask for I asked how much they were and she said it was all included in the out the door price. She folded my receipt over when she gave it to me so I wouldn’t see the extra charges until I left the store. When I went back to return them 10 minutes later she was conveniently in the back and the person who refunded them was not at all surprised or apologetic.Turns out this is not actually a Verizon store, it’s an authorized retailer with unethical businesses practices.

I’m glad they were knowledgeable and showed their expertise and guidance! Vanesa was able to transfer and setup expertly my new phone, watch and iPad! I had the absolute BEST experience today at the American Canyon Verizon! Not only was this store well maintained and clean, but the level of customer service was SUPERB. The store manager Steve went above and beyond while helping me with my trade ins and made the whole process very smooth and easy. Kyle was also great and gave his full attention to every customer that came in after me. Steve and Kyle both had great product knowledge about everything and it really helped with making my final decisions with my purchase. I am a former retail manager and I have to say that this was hands down, some of the best customer service I’ve received and I really appreciate it. I will most definitely be coming back to this Verizon store for all of my phone needs!

Lamond was awesome. Helped me file a claim to replace my Z Fold. I went in the next day to get help troubleshooting SmartSwitch to transfer data and was told it would cost $50. Which is insane, Ive never in the history of having phones had to pay to get help transferring data. I walked into AT&T next door (where Im not a customer) and the nice woman sat down and helped me figure it out in 3 minutes.

I went to Napa and they didn’t offer curbside service, I’m trying to stay safe so I went to the Cellular Sales Verizon retailer in American Canyon. I called the store and Steve met me outside while I sat in my car. He came out with a mask and gloves and help me solve some issues and then helped me decide on getting a new phone. My mother and I visited this Verizon store during the Christmas season of 2020. We walked in with no appointment, only waiting for 30 min. to be helped. I was surprised I didn’t have to wait longer and was also extremely pleased with how pleasant the welcome and service was. We met with Will who is extremely knowledgeable about electronics, and well versed about the the products in the store. He is very personable, relatable, and has a great sense of humor. I realized he is a seasoned representative that listens well to customers needs with a calm and pleasant demeanor. For example, my mother and I asked many questions about old and new phones, and he provided answers to all of our questions. Will even volunteered other information about special phone editions/deals that another Verizon store never even shared. To sum it all up, my mother and I purchased new phones before we exited the store, very satisfied with the customer service Will provided.In addition, we came back the next day due to a challenge with my mother’s new phone, and Will executed excellent customer service again with his consistent personality, and problem solved the issue with my mother’s phone. In closing, this is the kind of customer service that all business should be providing if they aren’t.I definitely recommend anyone to visit this location, and Kuddos to Will’s amazing customer service skills!! Give this man a promotion and a hefty raise!Having been to many local Verizon stores over many years, the customer service, lack of hard sell and support is the very best!We had a two-phone problem with technical complications.He quickly identified options, best solutions, savings and common sense actions. My wife upgraded and I upgraded with excellent results.Not to mention, as soon as we walked in the door, the place was inundated with customers. David A. was the shining light at the end of our switching over to Verizon experience - tunnel! I know that sounds really corny, but really accurate! We recently switched over to Verizon from T-Mobile and there was a delay in getting our SIM cards (did the transaction online - something I wouldn’t recommend doing!). We called a lot of times to Verizon customer service and finally got through to someone who finished the transaction for us. We had to pick up the SIM cards at a diff store in Pleasant Hill and we got our cards with a rude person saying “oh you just pop in the SIM cards and follow the steps and you’ll be fine”.That isn’t what happened, turns out one of our devices was locked and we kept getting a “pin blocked, call your service provide to unblock” message when trying to activate with Verizon. After being on the phone with both Verizon and T-Mobile customer service (off and on and sometimes Verizon would conference in T-Mobile but then they would hang up because the wait times were ridiculously long).Long story short, we were desperate so went into this store for help!! David approached us with empathy and friendliness. He knew we were really frustrated and was confused himself as to why T-Mobile said we had to solve this issue with Verizon. He offered us solution of trading in the device for a new one. We tried one last time with T-Mobile by going into their store for help but no success. No one knew what was the issue!We returned to this Verizon store the next day and David helped us with the trade in. He was patient, friendly, relatable and super professional! This guy needs a raise or reward or something! He was truly awesome. Thanks!!

I really liked the location and merchandise this store carries. The sales people there are very kind and patient. My experience was negative due to being sold 2 Buy one get one free offers for a total of 4 phones but only receiving 3 and to top it off reviewing my invoice I have noticed I did not get any free phone at all and am being charged equipment charges on all phones. I have contacted the gentlemen who helped me multiple times about a resolution to the 4th free phone but there has not been one since the date of purchase in September.

The Verizon location in American Canyon is AMAZING! I came in for an upgrade and Kyle helped me. Usually anytime I come in for an upgrade or to switch phones it usually takes awhile to transfer all of my stuff from one phone to another. This time it took quite awhile because I was transferring stuff from and android to iPhone ( like almost 5 hours long). I originally came in to upgrade to another pixel but Kyle had a bundle deal with an Apple Watch with an iPhone I couldn’t turn down. Kyle was nice enough to stay in the store after hours to make sure everything transfers over to my new phone ok. Not only did Kyle stay after hours but was also extremely friendly and was easy to talk to so I wasn’t bored haha. Thanks so much for all your help and great customer service. I will definitely be returning and will try to come earlier just to make sure I don’t take to long lol!

I went in to change from my current carrier to Verizon and buy a new iPhone. I wanted to only pay for a $35 per month plan, the same amount I am paying with my current carrier. At Verizon it would be the “single device plan”. The sales guy said there was no plan for that amount and said I could only do a $35 plus a $20 fee plan totalling $55. That is a shared data plan. He did not seem to know about the single device plan so I will take my business elsewhere. Very disappointed in this store.
