Not very reliable AMD you cant leave a message to try to get your service restored because their voicemail boxes are full. I would try another service provider if there was one.

Works well in the Coombville area, I get any where between 30-60 Mbps down. I have little to no service interruptions other than major power outages. I can stream and game on multiple devices and even works with up to 5 people.Further notice, the review from Chris Hottel below was from a client who refused to provide adequate payment information and failed to provide a safe and clean work space for technicians to come to.

We tried to give business to the local companies and for being new customers our first bad experience started with the installation process. They have bad customer communications, after waiting the whole day for them, i spoke to the technician and when i expressed my concerns he reacted with bad attitude. We had to finish the work ourselves.

Napanet has sol8d fixed wireless internet for homes and businesses particularly those located in the hills of the Valley and areas that cant get fast internet from the telecos and cable company.

Worst internet company i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Service barely works. Will not work for more than one person. The screw up on their billing so offten and then try to charge you a lump sum for their mess up down the road. And when they do fix their internet it craps out the next day. Internet outages are so common i have gone days without usable internet or no internet and get the same responce about the tower going down.

The experience I’ve had with Napa net has always binPleasant fast response technician always comes when I request one.napa net is a small business in the hart of Napa even tho there bigger corporate in are town Napa provide the best internet as possible.if ur looking for good home internet were u can acutely get a technician in the same day and not wait is what customer service is all about.thank you napa net
