I believe in hard work and preparation, the two main ingredients in that dish we call LUCK. Lucks perception is that it’s comes free of effort and for that reason I don’t care to use it until now. LUCK is what put me face to face with Ian, the energetic owner of Dent Solutions.I wasn’t headed to Dent Solutions that day, I’d never heard of them. I just needed directions and he was the only shop open on Saturday, which i’ve learned is typical. He never did give me directions, because for the next hour I was listening to this linebacker of a man explain his business in detail… which are also one of the services they provide.With the excitement of a kid on Christmas, Ian showed me what he and his family had been working on and towards for the last 30 years. With massive hands that prove his years of effort, he’s pushed it from a mobile dent repair business… into a full service auto dermatology clinic. This guy knows more about car care than anyone I’ve met.So… I’m happy to say that it was LUCK that put me in Ian’s garage… Thought it was his hard work, preparation and knowledge, that earned him a new customer and me a fancy truck! The dents in my Tahoe are taken care of…AND though not something I had even known about… his team wrapped the hood in Carbon Fiber, the roof in black and finished it with red racing stripes. Great guy, outstanding work, I swear the truck looks new…. What will I bring in next??

Don’t let the name deter you from other services Dent Solutions offer; they do far more than just dent repairs (auto detailing, tint, etc.) I’ve used them for dent repairs in the past and this time around I had them de-badge our 4Runner. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Had a small dent and scratch from a bicycle that hit my car. Ian pulled the dent out and filled in the scratch in a short time at very fair price and I was on my way. Happy the annoying dent is gone! I plan on bringing my car back for detailing and ceramic coating soon. Amazing Work!! A large tree branch blew off in a storm and landed directly on our Audi Q5. It hit right on the crease where the roof meets the side panel. This was not an easy thing to fix. Ian made it disappear. Cant believe it. More importantly, he didnt have to take the car apart to do it. He was able to pull it out while leaving the rest of the car in tact with no affect on the paint. Really impressed. Ian is a treasure to Napa. Thank you!!

I had an unfortunate experience about a month ago, when an 87 year old lady backed in to my parked car. I was devastated and started frantically calling auto body shops to repair it as soon as possible, but all the shops in Napa were on 2 month waitlist. I came across Dent Solutions on Google and decided to give them a call. I met Ian for the first time and assured me that he will take care of everything that needed to be done. 1 week later and my car came out of their garage better looking than it was before! I would recommend this shop to anyone i know. Ian cares about the cars that come in his garage like he owns it, and that to me is a sign of amazing professionalism and service. Hands-down the best experience! I was referred to this company by a friend and they did not disappoint. I had a complete wrap and ceramic coating done on my Tesla to protect and intensify the paint job and my car looks stunning! Black is very hard to keep clean but with the new coding and easy instructions for washing it makes it a breeze! Plus my car is extra protected from chips and it looks like a show room car now! Ian and his team are amazing at delivering on what they promise and not stopping until everything is perfect. I feel like I can contact him for anything and he will be able to take care of it. Ian was recommended to me by a PDR shop owner from the east coast, and I’m sure glad he did because Ian is one of the most friendly and down-to-earth people I’ve ever met.Not only does he perform magic on dents, but he’s extremely approachable which is why I have been a repeat customer for multiple vehicles. If you aren’t already aware, Ian and his crew also perform vehicle wraps and auto glass tinting. I had a bad dent in my tailgate of my brand new truck (less than 1000 miles) due to my own stupidity. Called up Ian at Dent Solutions and was able to get me into his shop on Saturday. He took a dent that I was pretty sure count be fixed without body work and made it disappear! Couldn’t be happier with the repair he did, and at a super affordable price. Recently, I called Ian about a dent I had on the pillar along my wind shield of my BMW M2.It seemed to me to be a challenging location for a dent repair. Ian said to come down, and he would take a look at it.When I got there, he said he could fix it and could do it right then.30 minutes later, the dent was gone and I was on my way with a perfectly dent-free car.Ian is always very professional and offers very reasonable prices. Ian went absolutely above and beyond with his work on my 2017 Toyota Tundra. I had a crease in my backseat passenger side door I thought I would have to live with for the life of my truck based on the size and location. After an inquiry, I showed up at Dent Solutions in Napa for an actual quote and it was less than we previously discussed. He was able to fit me in immediately and did an absolutely perfect job. You can tell he loves what he does and it is showcased in his level of perfection. Within an hour and a half, I was on my way in what felt and looked like a brand new truck. Due to the extreme rudeness and irresponsibility of unknown car assailants, I have had to employ the services of Dent Solution several times for my 2018 Red Tesla Model 3 and my charcoal-colored 2011 Subaru Outback. In every case, Ian promptly and expertly fixed the dents, and right at my home in Marin County. Other than the damage to my checking account, you could not tell there was ever any damage. The cost was reasonable, and certainly much less expensive than a body shop. I highly recommend their service.

I say this because I was ready to have him repair the dent, but he actually went the extra mile and called Land Rover since it is a leased vehicle and I was trying to get a small dent fixed prior to returning it. My daughter had been driving a 2018 Suburu Impreza and had somehow managed to scrape 3 corners on the bumper and had a 2inch ding in the door with red paint in the middle. I contacted Dent Solution online and received a quick response from Ian. He provided me with a link to schedule the work on the days I was available so scheduling was a breeze. He gave me a quote that morning which was very fair and finished all the work that day. The door ding is completely gone! The touch up paint on the scratches is not noticeable unless you look for it close up. Ian did very high quality work, was an excellent communicator and very pleasant!! #1 Best in the business!! I had bought a brand new AMG with Matte paint. When I received the car from the dealer, there was a dent in the hood near a hard to reach seam. The dealer would have had to repaint, and never match the unique paint. These guys saved the day and still looks new. Later I had a ding in the rear quarter that would have required the entire car being painted. Again they made it look new again. These are the only guys I trust with high end vehicles. I’ve used Dent Solution three times in the last couple years. Once to repair a shopping cart dent in my Tundra - turned out PERFECT. Once to repair a 6” long dent in the corner of my Tundra where a bookshelf fell and left a crease - turned out PERFECT. And finally once to repair a huge dent on my wife’s Audi where my father in law fell off his bike and slammed into the sheet metal. In addition to the dent, there was a reverse impression of two bolts from inside the door sticking out. The dent was removed to NEAR PERFECTION- EVERY ONCE IN AWHILE I CAN BARELY MAKE OUT A LITTLE WAVE IN THE PANEL WHEN THE LIGHT HITS THE METALLIC PAINT JUST RIGHT. This last repair was completed at 10% of the cost of the auto body estimate! Dent Solution is top notch and I’d recommend them for any vehicle that has a dent with the paint intact.

These trucks are built using High Strength Steel which can be very challenging for paintless dent repairs...but not for Ian. His techniques and knowledge of how to manipulate HSS was nothing short of amazing! My front right fender just might be better looking now than it did off the show room floor! I can honestly say i was amazed at the work that was done to my car. I had a dent in the back corner of my trunk. Service was very professional. I actually came on the wrong day and they still took time to fill me in. I would reccomend them to anyone who has a dent and doesnt want to go through the car insurance process. I wish i could show the before and after pic on here but it wont let me .I have another dent or two that i would like to get removed and i have no problem having them work on my car again.

Took my Infiniti G37 to repair a dent about the size of fist. What would have cost me 1000 dollars from my insurance only cost 500 bucks. The work was done in a matter of hours. Their shop is near downtown Napa so we had time to have lunch while the car was repaired. I really recommend this before you decide to take it to a body shop.

I damaged my 2010 Avalanche pretty bad on a hard place for him to get to down on rear part of my fender.. He told me it may not come out but would give it a try. When he was finished all that was left was the scratched paint which he tried to help patch for me but my touch up paint was bad not his fault at all in fact wasnt even part of the bid but went over and beyond to make it perfect.I will always send him business and do business with him always top notch professional and really nice guy.

I believe in only paying for quality work, I dont look for the cheapest or fastest solution. I believe you get what you pay for. The worst part of that is that you cannot put a price on experience. Very costly but done right. There are a lot of jokers out there that will hammer your car to death and put a gallon of bondo.Ian at dent solution will not use any bondo and will bring it back to original. Folks please watch out for a company called bumper MD .these are the biggest jokers in town.

I had a deep 6 dent that fell right across the crease in the front left side of my Ram 2500. I was positive I would have to go to a body shop but went by and talked to Ian. What a surprise when he says he can fix it. He quoted me a price up front that was by far less than the lowest body shop bid and when he was done it not only looked good it looked perfect. Wow!
