We purchased a homeowners policy and auto insurance policies from Marissa a little over a year ago. Before meeting Marissa, we would have never considered Insurance to be a customer service industry but Marissa has show us it can be. Our experience with Marissa has been outstanding. The qualities that we find especially valuable are her open communication, thoroughness, and the care with which she handles our account. State Farm is a big company but Marissa provides a very personal experience and we strongly recommend her as an agent.

Like most people, I got insurance through a big company that offered a bundle discount and thought insurance companies were all the same…robotic responses, minimal effort, and terrible customer service. That is until I decided to go with Marissa Johnson with State Farm. I have no words to describe the differences. Marissa and her team are amazing. They reply within a few hours, they have MY best interests in mind…let me say that again…MY best interests in mind. Not what’s best for some big insurance agency, but what’s best for me. I seriously never thought I could love my insurance agents but here I am absolutely loving them.If you feel like having your insurance agent (finally) having your back then call Marissa and her team. You won’t be disappointed

We were 99% in with another insurance company when buying our first home and bundling our home and auto insurance. Marissas help, advice, patience, attention to detail, and kindness made us switch from our previous company of 20+ years and we couldnt be happier! She explained her recommended coverage and spent so much time with me going over all the details to make sure we werent over or under insured. Overall, I couldnt have asked for a better insurance experience with Marissa and were looking forward to working with her for years to come!

I had Farmer’s before I switched to Marissa with State Farm. She was able to get me more coverage with a lower deductible for my new car. She is very personable and easy to talk to. She answered my questions fully and patiently. She has been doing the insurance thing for years and it shows. She made me feel heard and understood regarding the coverage I was looking for. She was even able to set up automatic withdrawal so I would not forget to pay my monthly bill. I definitely recommend her to anyone looking for insurance. She’s fantastic.

Marissa and her team are excellent in the insurance industry. I felt that I was appreciated for my time, was able to switch from AAA to State Farm, received a free life insurance quote, and saved money while doing so! I hardly know where to begin when it comes to telling you about how happy I am having Marissa Johnson as my State Farm agent. Marissa is extremely competent and helpful. She is also very friendly and kind. Marissa has a professional, yet friendly demeanor that makes working with her a pleasure. I had called several numbers trying to find someone I felt comfortable with. As soon as I saw Marisa’s face smiling at me from the internet I knew I could trust her. And I was correct. We wound up not being able to do business but she spent so much time with me answering all my questions. She then referred me to someone who could help me and he also struck me instantly as someone I could trust..just like Marissa. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful even when she knew she was not going to get a new client. She’s a star!

I had the pleasure of working with Marissa recently while closing on a new home. On multiple occasions Marissa went out of her way and even worked out of hours with my real estate agent in order to not hold up the closing. I was left with a strong impression that Marissa really cares about her clients and their lives. She was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process often replying to my emails multiple times per day which helped alleviate much of the home buying stress.
