I am not a very computer savvy person. The person was extremely helpful and patient with me and did not make me feel “stupid” at all. I felt good when I left the store. The only negative was he didn’t mention anything about a warranty.

12/22/23 Jessica Edward’s was amazing as she juggled multiple three hour long meetings with three customers buying new phones and asking lots and lots of detailed questions. She knew every answer, answering every question with a smile, set up phones, transferred data on multiple phones at one time all while keeping everyone happy as she deftly moved through the process. I was beyond impressed. She deserved $5000 as a Christmas bonus and a huge promotion. She is smart, educated and needs to be given topPriority as an up and coming employee who will be a star player at Victoria. She already is!!!

I got really great customer service from Austin today. He was super efficient and knowledgeable with my issue as well as the other customer I observed him helping. He was really great with everyone needing his help and was a great advocate for me with the phone protection provider. I generally really hate having to deal with any phone provider, but Austin really made my experience as painless and smooth as possible.

Usually dont have a problem with in store experience at Verizon. Bought new lens protectors for my s23. The camera lens protector is not compatible with any cases they sell. Left the store before realising. Screen protector popped off within 15 minutes. No refunds, exchange is useless as no cases work with the style of camera lens protector. Associate was not helpful in solving the issue.

I needed a new phone and had been putting off getting one for a very long time because I was comfortable with the one I had. But after 7 years my iPhone was starting to have problems and very low memory. Andre M. provided excellent service and was very knowledgeable about all the products. He seemed to have a good intuition about the things I needed and wanted in a new phone and was pleasant, patient, kind and well spoken when explaining all the new features to us. He made the experience a breeze.

Verizons coverage in Sonoma SUCKSThe customer service here is sub par at best. I was literally told they couldnt take cash because he counted the till an hour before they closed. Apparently hes too stupid to add $200 to the till balance. Completely unacceptable service.

My apprehension of being up sold dissipated immediately after walking up to the counter and speaking with Marisela. She worked hard to find the best deal for me, was incredibly personable, and I trusted her with my purchase without hesitation. I seldom write reviews but I actually had a great time while my transaction took place! Not only did I leave with a great new phone, I left with a bunch of flowers!! Great store! We first tried to deal with the phone replacement at the Santa rosa Verizon store and the Petaluma factory store. Both told us to come back with an appointment (timliest was a week out). Our local store was awesome, and we got a better price than the factory store could offer on a new Samsung.No reason to go anywhere else!

I had the best phone purchase experience Ive ever had. I was pleasantly surprised with the variety of phone styles they had in stock, and a case! I was able to select a phone that I was happy with and it took no time at all to get my data transfer done. The service was exceptional and I didnt have to leave Sonoma. I had not been to our local Verizon store for a couple years.There were two young guys I remember and they were very helpful.I needed help with my iPhone and they made an appointment for me with Apple right there while I was with them.Today I visited the store and saw that these guys were gone, replaced by two new employees.I got absolutely no help though I had the same problem.They said Verizon and Apple were two separate companies and they could not assist me even with Apple customer contact information, nothing.They seemed to delight in giving me no help whatsoever.

Been going to the Sonoma Store for over a decade and the service just gets worse. I called ahead to ask about android types and I was told they had a lot to choose from. I walked down there and they insisted I grant access to my account. I did. I asked again what type of androids they had. He said he wouldnt tell me unless I granted access. After my third shot at granting access I wanted simply to know what phones were available and he refused to tell me. I left. That was not phone shopping, that was being bullied. I walked back to my office. I have purchased 8 top of the line smartphones at that location for my family and me. I will now need to go out of town to get a phone, I will not use Victra in any town ever again. We are not friends. My last experience there was similar but thought I would see if it was just a bad day. No.

I will continue to escalate my complaint as far as I can- I truly felt that we were mistreated because the “employees” didn’t feel like working with us. A nightmare. First of all, a really sweet guy whose name I will not mention set us up with new phones and phone service. I would not have switched from AT&T but the connection was horrible and since I use it for my business I knew Verizon had much better reception. I went in on a Sunday because I work for myself and needed to get this done. It all seemed fine until we got home and realized that after all the data was transferred to our new phones, my husbands had some random persons info on it. So we go back in the next day and Troy (at the Sonoma store) basically sent us on our way. Saying that he had to contact the poor person whose data we had in our hands. That even though I was told that the tablet we bought and were told we had 14 days to return were also told that there was a restocking fee (after specifically asking if we could return it if we didnt want it because that was some sort of promotion we thought wed try). And that we had to come back to talk to the manager the next day because he (Troy) didnt have a magic button to give us a refund. Even though we had to come back to deal with the fact that our data and everyone else it seems, is out there in the ether. No Im so sorry no let me take care of this just im stressing out that this happened and this guy is going to go ballistic when he finds out. Yea. So he finally gets hold of the guy whose data we have and probably calls his manager which he should have done in the first place so all of a sudden hes sweet as sugar. Asking ME to wipe out the guys info on the phone. Which I did. Because if it was me I would hope someone would do that. Finally admits that we can come back in and not have to wait for the manager. He takes care of everything. FINALLY. So I go online to set up my new account. Which by the way I tried to do when I got home after my initial purchase/setup. And the kid said ... oh just try again, its probably the website, it was down earlier. He also said to sign in (not register) because he took care of that for me. Come to find out that he not only didnt set me up for an online account, but entered my address incorrectly so when it asked for my billing zip code it wouldnt take. After trying and trying and trying I got locked out of the account. So I called the support number which told me there were closed, their hours were 7am-8pm even though I was calling at 9am. So went back in to the store and my favorite rep Troy proceeds to tell me that I called the wrong number and not only doesnt listen to what I just said about the fact that I called AFTER the time they indicated they were open but also just said I was locked out of the account (DUH) and I had to contact them. So he calls the same number I did and I finally said I can do that, let me have the phone at which time he gives it back to me after he HANGS UP. So I left. I came home called them again, waited to get through, got someone who told me I was never set up for an online account and that they would help. Only to get CUT OFF. So I called back again, and after waiting 30+ minutes I finally got a woman named Valencia who helped me. Only to find out that the initial contract was set up with a random address so the city state and zip code didnt match my phone number which is why I was never able to register. Ok, thats it. I am going to go back to AT&T if I dont get some sort of apology or credit or something to make up for the HOURS its taken me to GIVE YOU MY BUSINESS. Troys customer skills leave more than a boatload to be desired. The original kid screwed up. But it was Troy who could have and should have made up for it ... and I would never have had to spend any more time on this. Mistakes happen. But really now ... wheres the customer care? Apologies to all of you for having to read my ranting. But it was over the top. Hope no one else ever has to deal with anything like this.

Absolutely not recommend - drive to Petaluma instead. I visited this store three different times and the service was equally lacking every single time. First time experience cant help you right now. Were too busy. Second time, Its just me so youll have to come back. Third time, sign on the door due to power outage were closing at 2 pm. The power outage wasnt scheduled until possibly three and the sign also indicated they were out to lunch and wouldnt reopen due to power outage. Really! The third time was it! I drove over to Petaluma wondering what to expect and I was pleasantly surprised.

The Covid check in procedure, while effective for social distancing, had us standing on the sidewalk for 45 minutes with no updates, no texts, no nothing. Even a line position or estimated wait time or even eye contact would have been appreciated. When we finally lost patience and went in to ask, I was told, ooh, maybe an hour and a half. Were they just going to let me stand on the sidewalk all day? Save yourself some hassle and go to a real Verizon dealer. Theres one in Napa.

So we came into a t-mobil store and got the worst customer service possible so my wife and I decided that we would go see the reps at Verizon. When we arrived we were greeted by Vaugn and Troy and they treated us like real human beings. They cut straight to the chase and we felt comfortable with them and it didnt seem like they were trying to shove products down our throat like we experienced with T-mobil. They were professional and answered all of our questions. Instead of asking us which phones we wanted, they had phones already figured out by looking at our old ones. Extremely helpful and I hope they get some sort of recognition for their service to me and my wife.

I’ve gone into the store now three times each time the customer service was terrible. This last time I bought it a tempered glass screen saver and they kept my alignment tray. Last time I was in purchasing the phone the man behind the counter was playing with his man friends. The one between his legs .....So really save yourself a trip go to an authorized dealer!
