I had insurance on my phone for repair. I was told to make an appointment to ensure my phone could be repaired on the day of the appointment. I made an appointment here. However when I arrived, the person behind the counter (after nearly 15 minutes of searching) said the part wasnt available and they didnt know when (FYI this is for a very common Pixel phone). They also wouldnt call me when the part came in.Why accept an appointment if you cant do a repair? Terrible customer service. Recommend not going to this location (Costa Mesa was way better) or at least checking with a person at the store that a part is available before making a reservation.UPDATE: The response below is totally computer generated. Dont be fooled that Asurion actually cares about you as a customer or person, because they dont even care enough to use a human to respond to your complaint. Its a shame that this faceless corporate monolith took over what was, by most measures, decent local UbreakIfix shops. Edited review down to one star for soulless automated response pretending to be concern. Screw you Asurion.

I have used this company for two different computer issues, one desktop iMac and the other Windows based laptop. The desktop was just getting very weary since it was way behind its warranty window. I was going to repair it but they made me a much better deal on a refurbished much newer version with greater performance and display size (SOLD). The notebook was just a quick keyboard replacement because I spilled water on it and a couple weeks later shorted out typing functionality - very quickly replaced and repaired! Will use them again, very good service :-)
