The only reason Im giving MyChoice one star is because their customer service actually speaks English as a first language. I purchased product from MyChoice previously and liked the way I was treated. So I decided to purchase Windows 10 pro from them today. I got the code and tried to use the product key to activate Windows. It wouldnt activate. Tried again. Spent some time on the phone with MyChoice, Wassef, the General Manager, customer service - he couldnt fix it. Called a friend of mine, who is a computer genius, and he couldnt figure out why it wouldnt activate.Ended up calling Windows tech support and they said the activation code was from Windows 8. So, I called MyChoice again. I got another customer service agent and told him they had sent me a code for Windows 8, so he sent me another code that he said was for Windows 10 pro - which was what Id originally ordered.I tried to activate the second code and it didnt work. Called Windows tech support again and they said the new activation code was for Windows 8! Same problem. I couldnt believe it!I called MyChoice again, talked to Wassef, explained what happened. He got another code and assured me that this code would work. By this time Id been on the phone for 4 hours, between them and Windows tech support. 11:30am to 3:30 pm. Windows support was on the other line as I talked to MyChoice - getting my third code - which ended up working. Thanked Windows support for their help.I told Wassef that four hours of my time was wasted because of their mistake - twice. He told me that all he could do to make up for my lost time was to offer me 10% off of my next purchase. I told him it wasnt worth my time. Ill buy from Amazon next time.
