I bought an upgrade to my ancient operating system at a very reasonable price. Had some issues with the installation process and sent a note to the support group asking for help. They got back to me within an hour and offered a secondary method to install the software. Worked perfectly. Im very pleased and will purchase from them again.

Purchased windows 11 home… & i must say it was such a easy process from ordering to installing.i placed my order first & foremost at a good price, it was then emailed with full instructions & everything needed to perform install digitally.I honestly believed i was going to spend hours considering i’m new to this. however it didn’t even take one maybe two hours to easily follow directions & have the program properly installed.the graphics are beyond beautiful & have a very clean appearance, it’s also easy to navigate.mind you i am a gamer & graphics is always first on my list to check out & how the program runs with my apps needed to stream.i couldn’t be more happier with my purchase.

I recently bought a Windows 10 Pro. After downloading it onto my laptop, I attempted to activate it but failed. Most website customer service require call centers and possible long waits. I sent an email to My Choice Softwares support team with an explanation of the error code I received. They sent me back clear and easy to follow (yet complex admin commands) instructions on what to do to get rid of the error code, complete with a video. They also asked me to send them screenshots if it did not. Fortunately, I followed their instructions and it worked! Activation attained. Glad to have that support!

I built a new system to replace a 3-year-old PC that had a failed Power Supply. I installed a new PS and then cloned the old system. After putting the new PC online, I replaced several components in the old PC and reinstalled Windows 10 Home version. Since the cloned version was not legal (you cant legally operate two systems with same license) I ordered a Windows 10 Pro system license from this company. I received the upgraded license code and a link to download the OS within 24 hours. I downloaded the updated version and ran the upgrade easily with no issues. Now both systems are fully functional and legal.

This is a scam. I made the mistake of trying to order Microsoft Office through this company. I had to follow up repeatedly to get the license. Once I finally received the license and went to download, I got an error saying the license has already been used by another user. MCS customer service will not work with me to get a new license or refund the purchase.

Purchased 2019 MIcrosoft Office. At first 365 kept trying to sneak back in, but one of the employees walked me through how to fix it. Alex reviewed my account and offered a solid solution. Just note: If you are having 365 issues, and upgrade to a MyChoice Software, anything saved on the desktop stays 365. Anything tucked into a folder on the computer easily migrates over to the paid program from My Choice Software. Alex is the best.

Pretty easy to order, but page is unclear about how and when the software will be delivered (actually that info was hiding below the edge of the screen showing the web page). Later an email was sent asking to confirm the credit card charge was OK. The next morning an email was sent with download instructions which were pretty clear. However, there was one direction that needed a little clarification (the proper command was Run as Administrator rather than the run command I was told to utilize. Once I overcame my fear of not knowing who the administrator was, the command worked and the system did come up OK.Overall, a good site and delivery system and they did respond quite quickly and accurately to my one telephone question about the delivery email.

I placed an order for a software license that the website stated would be sent within 4hrs (weekend purchase). It was NEVER sent. I sent an email to customer service and they were quick to respond and supposedly completed a request to have it resent. When after 8 hours I STILL did not receive the email, I requested a refund. I was told they would process the refund, but they have to deduct 15% of the costs for the validation process. Umm, WHAT? You have to validate that you didnt send me the software TWICE? The excellent customer support, specifically from Kyle, saved this as a 4 star rating. I purchased MicroSoft Office download. My order was processed extremely fast, received the email with the link in less than half an hour. I followed all the instructions for the download and received an error message that the product key could not be verified. I sent the error to My Choice, and was asked to submit a screen shot of the error message. after a few back and forth emails, a phone call with Kyle, they were able to finally get it corrected and activated for me. I should have called them first!!! If I hadnt been in a rush, this probably wouldnt have been as frustrating, but then again, you dont expect problems when youre buying a download!But again, excellent customer service!!

I purchased the Microsoft Office for Home and Student for Mac and received an email that they were out of stock. I nervously emailed the support service asking if I would be notified when the software would be back in stock because the transaction already went through on my credit card. Literally within minutes, I got a reply back from Kyle (a real person!!) saying that they will of course notify me when the software will be back in stock and he sent me the link for the trial software to use so that when the actual software comes in, it will be easy to activate from the trial version. I was very impressed with how quickly I got a response back and the fact that Kyle was a real person and not an automated response system. He was very sweet and helpful! Very good experience. Microsoft has STOPPED letting you upgrade directly from Control Panel, and is forcing you to go to Windows 10. Uggggghhhh. I found MyChoice via Google and theyve become my go-to source for Win 8 Upgrades to Win 8 Pro. I accidentally purchased 10 of the Full Installs instead of the Win 8 Pro Pack and I made a call, got connected with Sales Support and had the Activation Keys that I actually needed - in LESS than 15 minutes! I called more than 2 times every month since purchasing it to cancel my order due to unnecessary but, no one made a cancellation for 3~4 months and finally informed last week I could not make it cancel. I was talking several different staffs and confirmed me they were going to refund my money (I bought it this June and called July, Aug, Sep and Oct all most every month, Now after purchasing 4 months, they cannot refund my money. I am concerned. I just bought a new license for Microsoft office and business 2019. Digital download. After purchasing I did get a prompt email with license key. But that is where the good ended. The instructions wanted me to go to a third party site to download program. This is different then a legitimate download from Microsoft itself. Then I went to Microsoft itself for security and safety reasons. Downloaded appropriate file for install. After successful download I went to activate product which then gave me a error saying how many computers have you installed this on. Big red flag. Fortunately for Microsoft they had a work around for my activation to reactivate with proper activation key. I am currently functioning but with a huge BUT, I think there is a possibility that I was sold a license that may have been sold already???I will not be buying from them again just in case.

I received a confirmation saying my download and product keys would arrive within 30 minutes. 4 hours later I tried to call the support number to check the status as they had not arrived. At this point I was put into an automated system that was on an endless loop. Finally I was able chat with a rep in their online chat room only to be told, we had a large order come in last night and it wiped out all of our licenses. (How convenient for them to share this information after the fact only after I contacted them) Ive since cancelled my order and will not be dealing with this company again.

Hi, I ordered the Windows 10 EDU upgrade. I thought I would receive it within 30 minutes. I tried 4 hours late to get someone to tell me why I hadnt received it. An agent called me the next morning. Explaining to him that I still didnt have it, he asked me to go to my email and look under promotions. I looked but didnt find that folder. The agent said he would send it again. While I waited for the resend, I once again looked and found the Promotions folder under Categories and at the very bottom of it. It must have been hidden the first time. Long story short there the program was and I had received it in the 30 minutes they advertised. So the issue was all mine and they did a great job.

I have little trust in this company, I gave them less than a glowing review for their Windows 10 Pro software because after purchasing it and getting an email that it would be available for download in 30 minutes, I received an email about an hour later that said there was a problem with my credit card. I ultimately figured out this was the problem in preventing me from effectively installing your software. Once I uninstalled the trail version and then installed your software, everything was fine.There is one other tip that might be useful. The new Microsoft Windows program runs an S mode which protects against downloading unsafe software. What it really appears to me is Microsofts attempt to direct all software purchases toward their store. TOTAL SCAM!!!Sold a used, broken computer as new.Will not authorize return.The steps that led to requesting a return are:The PC was on overnight so it could get any necessary updates after doing an initial install of the OS.It was still on this am when I checked it at 8:30.at approx 2:00 PM I turned on the monitor to work on downloading a Chrome browser.The system downloaded and I installed Chrome.The screen was at the place to sign in to Chrome.I walked away from the machine for a brief moment and when I turned to enter the information, I noticed the monitor was black and the power button had no light.I unplugged the machine and plugged it back in.It started up but shut off within 2 minutes.I changed the outlet where the system was plugged in and tried the power button and got no response.I waited approximately 15 minutes and tried it again.the system went on and stayed up for about 10 minutes, then shut down.I took video of the power shut down and one restart.it shut down on its own very quickly and then would not start up again.This is not a new computer.This was sent back, because it doesnt work.And they just repackaged it and sold it again as new.When I boxed it back up I noticed some odd things.1. The box had been resealed. There are several layers of tape on it.2. There are two areas where a blank white label was used to cover areas of the box. One was where there was a RIP on the side of the box and one covers another original label.3. The cardboard of the box is really used looking.I am attaching pictures of the box.

When purchasing Office 2016, they automatically opt you into an Office 365 trial that if not cancelled will auto renew and bill you monthly. Their confirmation email doesnt even show that you purchased the trial (I know that its free for 30 days, but theyre still selling it to you.) and thus you dont even have a record of acquisition until the fulfillment email when theyve already signed you up. This is a deceptive sales tactic that tricks people into buying an additional license. Office 2016 and Office 365 are completely independent licenses.

I was a bit skeptical purchasing another downloadable version of Office after another online company disappeared shortly after my purchase. Initially I was unable to register and verify my software online but a representative assured me that it was due to a microsoft error and the phone line verification did end up working. A month afterwards I received an unauthorized $10 charge on my credit card from mychoice which they explained I had authorized at check-out. I purchased a Windows 10 license key from the company expecting to be able to use it, expecting it to be a retail copy. Retail copies are the only type that Microsoft allows to be sold alone. BUT, I was given an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacture) copy, which is a license key thats built into hardware. Typically, if you purchase a computer with Windows installed already, it comes with an OEM license. Thats useless to me. Its useless to anyone just trying to upgrade or buy a Retail version. Which, again, is the only version that is legitimately allowed to be sold by Microsoft. Once OEMs are put into a machine, they cant be reused. Thats not how they work. They gave me a defunct key. I told them as much and theyve since given me a refund, but refuse to give the full amount. It seems like this scam is based off people doing exactly what I did. They just skim off the top. Most of their reviews on this site and their own site are just paid/bots giving mindless five star reviews. DO NOT PURCHASE from this location. Its just a scam.

Network Admins beware. This company sold me pirated Microsoft Office keys. I first found out after an OS re-installation on one of our company PCs and a Microsoft Office Home and Business 2013 activation key they sold me could not be activated. I contacted Microsoft support and they confirmed that three of the five activation keys they sold me had been sold to other customers and flagged as pirated. I contacted My Choice Software and requested a refund and they would not provide one. My Choice Software furthermore stated that the reason the keys were pirated was because I installed them on multiple computers. Two of the three pirated keys they sold me are still being used on PCs with the first original installation. Those activation keys have never been reinstalled. I will add that the support representative that helped me at My Choice Software relayed to me that their company uses a freeware program called Microsoft PID Checker to validate activation keys. That program is not a product of Microsoft, but rather freeware that is available for anyone to download online and yet they stand behind this freeware to validate their keys. I opened a Better Business Bureau complaint to try and resolve the matter and they still refused to issue a refund. I filed a piracy complaint with Microsoft against them so hopefully Microsoft will look further into it. I will say its possible there could be one or more individuals that work for this company that is selling the keys without the business owner knowing. Since they are using a freeware program called Microsoft PID checker that is not an actual product of Microsoft; that very well may be the reason their keys are being pirated. I want to believe this company is not knowingly providing their customers with pirated keys and selling them to multiple customers, but it sure looks like it.

Watch out for recurring charges. I bought the full version of microsoft office and for the past two months they have been charging me an additional $10/month fee account service fee. I disputed on my credit card and was told they are manually typing in my credit card to charge me. I did not know that they would charge me this account fee. I thought everything was all squared away when the fee was removed but the charge is back this month and I have to call them and my credit card company again. I tried to save a few bucks and im paying for it with my time and a headache. I dont care for companies that try to sneak charges onto your bill.

Is ridiculous that it cannot be refunded even if it has not been downloaded or cannot be downloaded on your computer. After putting in the 15letter key I wasnt able to download it (which is a complete step after it) and when I called there was absolutely no way to refund me which is completely unreasonable. I had to do 5 updates that changed everything on my computer to get it to finally download and it took 4 tried to download it as it kept saying an error had occurred. I also couldnt find anywhere that it stated this was a ONE year subscription until after I had typed the code, which would have changed my mind in the first place.After downloading it, if I open one of the apps, it takes over 10min to fully open and slows down my computer completely.I am not impressed with this product and wont be returning or renewing my subscription.

- Unauthorized recurring charge of 9.99 by My choice softwareBe careful of Mychoice softwares trick. I only bought MS office 2000 and paid in the full amount . It automatically added 5 additional installations through MS 365 that cost 0 dollars. Since I wouldnt install any additional copies, I did not pay attention to it until they started charge me 9.99 per month on my credit card. Now I went back to their website, they mentioned they would send an email before they start to charge so we could have chance to cancel it. I did not get any email from Mychoice software about this charge. Mychoice Software is running their reputation with such scummy business practices.

I purchased MS Office 2016 in December of 2015. My computer crashed and I need to reinstall Office. Microsoft is not letting me reinstall, telling me the product key that MyChoiceSoftware issued me was either pirated or has reached the maximum number of installs. MyChoice could not care less and is of absolutely no help, telling me to contact Microsoft. MyChoice is telling me that it says 1PC which is fine by me. It is the EXACT SAME PC that I installed it on but now have to reinstall. They are now trying to say that 1PC really means 1PC 1 Install. I never would have purchased this software if I knew I could only install it once for the $170 I paid. I think this place is a complete ripoff. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY!!!
