I will never use another software company again. I was apprehensive about purchasing a MS Office 2010 download from a company that just came up on my Google search. And, as expected I ran into some problems with activating the download and Microsoft did not support you with telephone or web support. I was so frustrated so I called back My Choice Software and was greeted by a super-friendly support agent, Alex. He knew the solution right away and we got the software activated in less than 5 minutes. Had I downloaded it from Amazon or any of these other companies MS Office would not be useable and I would have become totally frustrated. I will never buy any software or software downloads from anyone except this company. Way to go Alex!!!!!
