Simple Solutions is doing a major technology upgrade for a nonprofit organization in Santa Ana. I volunteer at the nonprofit and was having a home computer issue. The owner of Simple Solutions, Dave, and the tech guy doing the work, Pete, both helped me troubleshoot my home computer problem. It was not in their scope of work, but they cared enough to lend their expertise! Simple Solutions is a good company with really good people! I am so grateful.

I have worked with simple solutions for many years now. Their quotes are fair and the products are top of the line quality. Most importantly, the work that they do, just works. I never have to go back and figure out how things might work better. It just works. Installations are neat and efficient and well-labeled. If there are issues, this sorry I love installation makes it very easy to troubleshoot. Excellent company to work with.

I accidentally forwarded my calls to someone in my department and searched the manual for 30 mins to no avail. I found Simple Solutions by Googling the model number and called. They were extremely helpful, it took them all of 60 seconds to fix something that was taking me over 30 mins. THANK YOU!!
